I had to come on here and leave a 5-star review after the experience I just had! I drove all the way from Fort Myers, walked into CiCi's Pizza, and asked for the adult buffet--only to find out they had just closed. I was honestly pretty bummed because I had been driving around and really just wanted to grab a quick bite, although the pizza was lukewarm, of course, as soon as I grabbed the macaroni and cheese pizza, she brought out a fresh pie :( But then something amazing happened. Kristen, who was working there, told me, "You know what--go ahead and grab anything you want from the buffet for free!" I was shocked and asked if she was serious, and she said yes and that it was no problem since I came all the way from Fort Myers. That completely made my night. Seriously--such a kind and unexpected gesture. Kristen went above and beyond, and I really want to recognize her for that. This kind of customer service is rare, and it meant a lot to me. We love coming here! Occasionally they throw coupons on their website to get the buffet for super easy but overall the regular price is worth it! Every time we come the employees are always keeping the pizzas coming out hot and fresh! The salad bar is always nicely packed with yummy toppings and the pasta bar is basic but still a nice side. The Mac and cheese pizza is my all time favorite! They have a spinach pizza that is really tasty as well...I mean honestly all of their pizzas are good! I told the cashier 4 adults buffet with 2 sodas and 2 water , she told me that in order to do the coupon I need to buy a soda or she will charge me the regular price not the special, I told her no I don't have to buy a soda to get the special the coupon say if you want beverage is an additional charge, she still arguing and I say ok charge me, because after I bring them there so happy I wouldn't tell them let's go . please next time you like a employee or manager check good the coupon and then you can argue I spent $48.00 because we have to drink soda. read more

After our last visit a few years ago we were never going back, but it got some recent recommendations, and it was spot on. It's not gourmet, but you don't expect that from a pizza buffet. Went to this location for a late lunch 1pm, no crowd inside. Manager rang me up and was very helpful. 1st thing I got to eat was a salad with Italian dressing, it was good. Croutons were bland, rest of the salad was good. Pizza was hot, they did not have a Hawaiian pizza, I asked for one and they made it fresh and quick. My family and I love going here. The staff is great. There is always a good selection and better yet, you can request them to make you your own pizza. How can you beat that? We usually get the flatbread with ham & pineapple or mushrooms and onions and then eat a few of the other slices on the all you can eat lineup. Usually its not overly busy which is nice. There is also games for kids to play and a nice air hockey table in the back room. On the cleanliness side, I would say a little more attention could be given to disinfecting the games but overall, its a good experience and we try to visit at least once every couple of weeks if not more. read more

Honestly probably one of the safest restaurants I've been to since the start of COVID. Their precautions are spot on and I felt very safe and happy during my experience. Randy, the gentleman who helped me with payment, was exceptional! They close at ten and when i go at this time (9-9:30) we have been able to eat. Today when I went, it was 9:20. They told us they were closed and as we drove by we saw them sitting down and eating, which is not an issue but I don't see why we weren't able to pay and eat the fresh pizzas in the display. My girlfriend and I had not had Cici's pizza in a very long time and drove an hour to this restaurant. We had an amazing experience that was certainly 5/5 stars. I had requested a mac n cheese pizza and it was taking a little bit longer to make than expected and the pizza chef gave me a full pizza of my own. He told me he was very sorry for the wait and told me I could take it home with me as well! It made our night! My family has been to CiCi's several times in the past few months. Every time we come here the staff is so nice. They've given my kids a toy or tokens to make them feel special. Well if anyone has read my reviews they know that I am not a fan of chains. But in this case I must give CiCi their props. I needed to break a $20 bill and I was driving by this mall. So a $5 buffet called to me. I had very low expectations. But I left full and happy. It was a Friday 1130 AM..... When I entered I was greeted loudly by Randy. ( I assume the manager) Looked around sparse with folks 4-5 but very clean and organized. Randy ask for my favorite pizza( pepperoni & mushroom). But At a buffet I sample everything. What a surprise the pizza was good. Pasta.... red & white sauce better than Olive garden. Dessert a cheese style pizza ,brownies and apple strudel pizza. Salad bar though small everything fresh and tasty. Plus a semi spicy pasta salad. Better than what I have tasted at the local deli. Still not a fan of chain restaurants' but The quality, freshness and taste for the low price is outstanding. I must also say ALL the staff were friendly & helpful. Yuck, yuck, yuck! This place is filthy! I went with my husband and a few friends. Maybe it's just this particular franchise, but the floor was cruddy and looked liked it hadn't been mopped in days, food all over the floor. The tables and chairs were strewn about in no particular order, and the buffet itself looked like the Tazmanian Devil attacked it. There were 2 staff members standing around doing nothing while texting on their phones. I choked down a few bites of some cold pizza, but I was so disgusted that I lost my appetite. A few days ago , The Cape Coral community was struck by tragedy when a 40 year old husband, father of 8 and scout master passed away suddenly in his sleep, just hours after his 8th child was born at 32 weeks gestation. Rowan is currently in the neonatal NICU. Oak and his wife Teri, we so young and in love when they eloped 18 years ago today . Yes, their anniversary comes 5 days after his sudden death . After they eloped they had a dinner at this restaurant , just the two of them, and my brother Tim, who served as their witness. For 18 years, and through the growing of their family , they've always celebrated that day at Cici's . Over the next 18 years they went on to foster, adopt, and have bio children, equally 8 of them today A huge chunk of my faith was just restored by a man named Jesse Jones, is this establishment . I called and asked to speak to someone in charge at Cici's pizza today , I wanted to beg them to make an exception and deliver Cici's to Teri and crew. So when I asked if I could speak to someone in charge , this man said "That would be ma'am how can I help" Little did he know, how much he would actually be HELPING. I asked if he had heard about the local family who just lost their husband and father of 8, and before I could beg him to take my order and deliver it for me he said "it's amazing you just called bc I was just speaking to someone about starting a fundraiser. " Jesse asked if I had pictures and if he had permission to share ... If I wasn't blown away enough, I asked ... "I would like to send them dinner tonight, and I know you don't deliver but I wonder if there's any way shape or form I can get it to them. Today would've been their 18th wedding anniversary , and every year they celebrated in the same place the had their wedding dinner, at your establishment." He gave me his PERSONAL cell number , asked me to text him the address and how many people , and told me he would take care of it . He then asked me to hold a moment and said to someone else " Thank you so much sir, thank you." When he came back he said "I put a collection jar out on the counter for them already and someone just donated . " Jesse also refused to take my credit card info and asked I just pay it forward to the family . God bless your soul Jesse Jones, whomever you are, because today , and for many Christmas' to come , I will think of you as Santa Clause All of my friends in Florida, please , next time your out for a bite , go to Cici's on Del Prado in the Cape, ask for Jesse, and give him a big hug, all the way from Long Island NY, for me! read more

I'll tell ya the service at this place was unbelieveeeeeable! Surprising for just a pizza buffet joint but man I can't help but give this place a review, for the boys of course. I wish I got the managers name but he was honestly one of the nicest guys ever. Really seemed to care about his job and wanted every customer to get the cicis experience they deserve.
