We were so excited to try the taco pizza. The first time we tried it was an hour and a half wait so we said "no". The second time we tried they called me back and said they did not have all of the ingredients for our pizza - right when I was almost there for pick up. This time we finally got one. It was ok. Listen...I here you unexpectedly rushed Tonight instead of yesterday. But that's no excuse to get a mop and take a few seconds to just go over the "party centrals" that the flies will hoard to. First time trying this place as we just moved to the area. We ordered a large meatball and onion pizza and I have to say it did not disappoint. The sauce is sweet and so good. My husband who never eats the crust - said the crust was amazing and loved the garlic dipping sauce. We will definitely be back!! read more

I honestly don't know why this place was recommended by a couple of locals I know here. The front entry staff was nice enough, but there were zero menus for anyone to look at to place my order or at least offered when mentioned. I told the lady this is my first time ordering and didn't know what all they had, and the only explanation of the menu I got was "we have traditional pizza sauce and sweet pizza sauce." It had been a long day, and I was so hungry that I just went ahead and ordered a basic pizza and the recommended garlic knots. The inside is very dive bar with a Steelers/football theme. In the front corner is the saddest tank of lobsters that I'm not sure are even alive by the looks of them. The water is just so cloudy. No clue who is buying lobster there, but I know I'd avoid it. After about 35 minutes my order was ready to go. I quickly dove in due because I was so hungry. First I started with the garlic knots - or shall I call them "hushpuppies covered in a ton of garlic butter and chopped garlic". Legit looked like large-sized Long John Silver hush puppies and tasted exactly like them. I couldn't get past the first bite. They went in the trash. . The pizza I ordered was a basic cheese pizza. I ordered it well done, and while it wasn't technically well done, it at least didn't appear to be soggy like some other reviews mentioned. That's a plus. The crust had a nice chew and flavor. However, there would be random bites where some odd twangy, sour flavor would pop out unexpectedly. No clue what it was, but it was not good and turned me off from eating more. Sorry it taken SO long to post. I love this place. Very welcoming. My daughter and I went in to watch our Steelers play have some pizza and several beers. The pizza was great The beer was cold. And the people were the best. We're from Ia, my daughter was nervous about going to a pizza place to watch a game. I put my salesman shoes on and convinced her. This place is excellent! My friend recommended this, so we ordered for pickup. It did take about 40 min to be ready, but everything was really good. We tried this pizza place because it was super close to where we were staying. I love their variety on creative pizzas. We tried both the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the smokehouse pizza. We liked both, but definitely preferred the smokehouse. The crust itself has a great seasoning and it was a good take on a bbq chicken pizza. Dissapointed. I love Lelulos and order at least once a month. I thought I'd try something new, the Philly cheesesteak pizza. Advertised as mushroom, onion, peppers, steak, mozzerella and provolone. The "steak" is ground hamburger...unseasoned too. Very bland and monimal meat topping. Ordered a small on slice app, $17.25. With fees and tips $28.20. Expensive for an underwhelming pizza. I'll stick to my usual with them. They do have good homemade crust, and they have good pizza...I just was hoping for "wow" and got "oh". read more

Have been going there for, well since you opened. Being from Pittsburgh it reminded me of home. The food has always been good until the last 3 times. The first time it looked like a New Haven pizza but failed. The second had so many toppings it could have made 3 of your normal pizzas. The last time it was burnt. Pizza: delicious....delivery: disaster. Do not mix up the food quality with the disaster known as delivery, by a separate company. The pizzas were very good. But we had to call Lelulo's 3 times to check on our pizzas. They were very polite and at the 3rd call informed us that the delivery company usually leaves the food at the door and does not knock or ring the doorbell. Unfortunately after 90 minutes we were told to check the front door. There were our cold pizzas! Reheating was not a big deal but the pies were not at their best because of that requirement. I am a regular for sure and love the food, the service and the food BUT Tuesday night I saw a completely different place.. the young lady, believe her name was Samantha was running everywhere from taking care of tables and bar, answering phones, cleaning tables etc. It was like around 6pm and yes she was busy.. Was very sad and annoying seeing the manager doing "nothing " to helped her at all. He was at the bar hanging out there talking to the same person for minutes and minutes. Funny because everytime we go there I had not seeing him moving a finger not even once, well maybe when he grabbed his drink..,the main reason why love going when Mr Mazur is there.. feel sorry for the young lady because phone ringing, people coming in, robot going everywhere bringing orders etc... only thing you heard from him was his laugh and the S and F word. sorry but was so annoying seeing her running everywhere and no helped.. crew in the kitchen was awesome like always.. maybe I give them one more try in the future, maybe.. just being honest. read more

Barely edible. Wayyyy too expensive and slow service. How do you have all 3 of those things bad and stay in business? My fry pie which was cheese fries with bacon was burnt on top from the oven they reheated in. Barely any cheese on it. Mozzarella sticks cooked so long there was no cheese left. Just the breading. The pizza was so soggy the box was soaking wet. Sweet knots tried to be good but they were cooked so long almost burnt and completely melted the sauce(which would have been good) all in the tray. To the point it ran out into the bag! Just a very poor experience here which is sad. Because it could be a cute spot and a great takeout place... need better cooks in the kitchen that care about what they're putting out. read more

Well this is the first time I've ever had their pizza and other foods since living here in the Cape for over 10 years. Let's start off with a positive note of what they're known for, their pizza. I ordered my usual of a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The pizza was larger than I anticipated a large I believe is an 18 inches. The other thing I was surprised was it was actually a little bit on the tangy and spicy which I enjoyed. I did find it was a little bit salty, but, I don't use a lot of salt so it was probably just my taste buds.... Overall I did enjoy the pizza. I also order a few other items. I got the Reuben sandwich. The Reuben sandwich was actually very good though they could've used a little more sauerkraut on it..but overall , it had fresh rye bread ...The Reuben sandwiches I would definitely recommend buying this item.I also tried their shrimp basket. The shrimp was a little bit on the overcooked side. If you look at the photograph you'll see that it was fried in OLD frying oil.. Plus they failed to offer or give cocktail sauce or ketchup.. Plus I ordered the onion rings. As in the photograph the onion rings were actually cooked to a very good golden brown. They were quite tasty....I also requested the side salad .. The side salad for $3.49 was extremely on the small side not even worth taking a photograph... The worst portion of the food items were the french fries ..They were small and extremely cooked in old frying grease. I expected them to be a little soggy upon arrival but just being cooked in vats of old frying grease,is not worth even getting them...Plus it is a shame & embarrassment that the owner or chef actually sent these out it a NEW customer. Though it was 45 to 50 minutes for delivery, though they quoted 35 minutes, their driver was extremely nice, polite and professional.. I do believe I will come back and order just the pizza but the other stuff I will definitely have second or third thoughts about requesting. And a note for the frugal customers out there they do offer coupons of five dollars or $10 when you purchase a certain amount of food. Another note do not order via their website because the third-party that takes the order will charge you $6.49 for a service fee. We ordered delivery from Lelulos Pizzeria on the recommendation of an old Navy buddy. If you ever served in the military, you know better than to turn down a recommendation. We were blown away by the quality and taste. Our favorite was the fried dough balls rolled in cinnamon and served with coconut, chocolate sauce, and a sugary butter sauce that reminds us of a cinnamon bun. Gloriously delicious!!! We got a deluxe pizza with extra sweet sauce and jalapeños. awe really loved the garlic sauce it came with. The crust was thin and delicious. We cannot get enough of this place.
