This place deserves 1 star and 3 LOL's: 1. The pizza was RAW, the raw dough in the crust, tasted, seen and touched - but they just said that's how it is at this place - thank you for being honest about that though. I did have a massive diarrhea a few hours later, so I edited this review just to add this extra testimony. 2. The online order said it would take 10 minutes, but upon payment it it showed 20 minutes. 3. The pricing doesn't make sense. For the first time customers preordering online - did I just pay 13 dollars and also wait 20 minutes, only to find out that the buffet is 10 dollars? This isn't written anywhere. read more

I love this place. The food was great. The cashier at the front was quick and sweet. She explained why we were charged 99¢ for a 2 yr old. The place was busy. The tables were clean. They were quick to put out more pizzas. I would like to see another drink machine bc there were so many people. read more

The service could improve along with the food. I get charged for adult buffets for my two special needs children who eat as much as a child would eat. The older lady who works there is always so rude to me and my family. We have stopped coming there after the many times she has been rude to us. read more

The pizza was alright. Though, my buddy Chance (who lives with his mom at 25) messed up my whole vibe! He kept saying the pizza had something in it. Had to ask 4 times for a pizza to be made and 2 of those times was lied to about it. Really an aggravating experience and the staff is just flat out lazy. Worst service ever!!!! I used to go to Cicis in Roswell twice a week on Regular when I worked out there. Great experience every time. Great food. Fresh salad bar, always. Great customer service. Well, don't expect any of those attributes from this Cicis. In, fact I will never eat at Cicis again because of this experience at the Cartersville location. The girl that checked us in was moderately cordial at best, but only before she took my 23.00 for 2 adult buffets with large drinks, which is was absurd prices. Then the same girl that took my money, only moments later along with another girl were both cutting a single pizza, because evidently this is a 2 person job, while about 4 other employees were hiding around the corner, chewing the fat. I tried to gain her attention several times, by saying "excuse me, miss!" Said this about 6 times and each time got a little louder. Everyone in the restaurant could hear me fine, except for these 2 and the others hiding from work around the corner. Finally the same girl who took my money, looked up and rolled her eyes at me as if I was out of line for trying to gain her attention, and said I'll be with you in a minute! Now let me just say my wife and I are both leadership with well respected company's, and know a little something about customer service, so when it is great, or horrible, as this was it really stands out to us. The food was old, cold, stale and overall just a bad memory that I have to live with. I was trying to ask the girl if I could order a special pizza and she asked what kind. It's a great place for family's to come together and kids a lot of fun playing games in their play room they have for the kids and the buffet is great they have a lot to pick from me personally like their spaniche pizza and their chicken buffalo. read more

Very nice looking place but whoever the female is back there making everything needs better training. All the pizzas were nasty. The quality was pitiful and so not worth it. I don't know how many people be saying Stevie B's pizzas are better than CiCi's. What do CiCi's does better to me is that they don't use "canned" ingredients. Such as for wet mushrooms (say what?) yes wet and soggy mushrooms. I mean come on who wants wet ingredients on their pizzas. I mean wet ingredients kills the mood for pizza every time without failure. I remember the first time when I ordered a white vegetarian pizza at Stevie B's; their workers warned me that the pizza will be wet and soggy (I guess thanks?). That's a huge difference and distinction between the two pizza buffets in my book. When you order a white vegetarian pizza at CiCi's you get a fresh pizza that melts in your mouth. I swear folks that still be swearing Stevie B's have better pizzas are their workers trying to muddy up CiCi's reviews. I mean you probably don't get the best at every CiCi's buffet locations (I don't know) but the places that I've been to have fared great. If you can't tell I'm into places with good white vegetarian pizzas that's sweet and that melts in your mouth. So with that being said, next time when you're over here at this location ask for a white vegetarian pizza and you won't be let down. It's good that the portion they give is smaller in size so you don't feel too guilty that you ordered a specialty pan pizza and you didn't finish it. In this case they can control what they're using and not much are being wasted. That's a smart innovative move. Soon I can see it Stevie B's would be long gone because I see they don't try to change things up (learn and to progress) so when that happens we as your clients notice that you don't care about us. Therefore we tend to move towards a place that's catering to the needs of those who're eating their pizzas and I see that with CiCi's. As cicis go this one is cleaner than most and pizza is pretty good selection most of time. I have ate here many times and yes you get those bad days but overall I never had bad pizza here. Staff is ok some employees are super nice and some don't care but I don't come here for fine dining. The big plus here is some cicis have the Walmart crowd that looks like they just woke up and loaded up the 10 filthy kids to come eat. This is clean crowd but have to say I do watch everyone at the bar.. Do watch the people going to the bar you will be amazed at the people who touch the pizza and even lick their fingers read more

I know where I'm eating so I wasn't expecting much but...ewww. Yes pizza is hot, salad bar is stocked(with a bunch of things I won't eat & dressings in squeeze bottles. Nice) and moderetly clean(unless you look deep, dust in all of the nooks and crannies). I had no idea what was on any of the pizzas other than the normal fare. Stevie B's generally has little signs letting you know what something out of the ordinary is. Here?, just guess. Spinach and tofu? Barbeque sauce and Roquefort cheese? Who the hell knows. Sorry, won't be back. The only saving grace were the excellent attitude, manners & overall work ethic of all of the staff! Okay seriously it's CiCi's not Antico's or some 5-star italian restaraunt lol. It's $5 all you can eat pizza and salad bar. Therefore for what it does, it does fairly well. You would think all CiCi's are pretty much the same, but we have actually been to some locations with lackluster or even rude service, and food that had been sitting out WAY too long (gross!) Walked in at 9pm after a late soccer practice and Even though the hours on the door say they close at 10:00pm be aware that according to their cashier the buffet closes at 9:15pm. They should probably change the hours posted since most ppl go there for the buffet. read more

The employees here are the best I've ever seen! They were constantly cleaning tables (and it was very busy). The buffet was stocked and clean. Drink machine worked. My son played all the games. Just a great visit! I'll come back! read more

Ever since the new ownership a couple years back, these guys are amazing! Courteous, cleaner than than any Cicis we've been to. Tonight they OPENED BACK UP to serve my family. It was spotless, social distancing flawlessly carried out to our surprise. A very different "buffet" experience, but we were filled completely. This isn't supposed to be a seven coarse caviar dinner, but it is an A+ business. read more

Did an online to go order, the website said the order would be ready at 7:40, arrived here at 7:45 to pick up my order and all the employees were sitting around talking. One of the employees came to the register and asked how she could help, I told her I had a to go order and she looked at me confused. She checked their orders and printed the receipts, then looked at me and said "oh they just now printed, it'll be ready in 10-15 minutes." Restaurants are doing mainly to go orders at the moment due to coronavirus so you'd think the employees would be keeping up with their orders and doing their job read more

I really want to be able to give them a third star, but I just can't. Previous reviews of attitude & the offerings left from the lunch rush were too much. There were only 4-5 pieces total when I entered and 6 empty spots. The gal strolling around the oven said there wasn't anything else coming out, only what's here. I requested a BBQ, as did the lady before me and a gentleman behind me. They made three small ones instead of one normal size that others can share too. So when I asked about the last two pieces of mine left, they said throw it away or pay the $5.99 to go box fee & I can take it then. Seriously? How insanely wasteful! I purposely focused on this specially made pie instead of getting more that will be wasted. Yet they insist on wasting it. No wonder why Cici's is disappearing. I have always loved cici's. This particular location is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The last time (and i do mean the very last time) my family went, it wasnt very packed and as usual the cashier was friendly. There was a foul quite detectable odor permeating the entire dining area, so much so that we cut our meal short because i was going to vomit. You have to be careful to look over your plate and silverware, i have seen some that were set out and were dirty (caked on food). Such a shame. read more

I'm actually upset that I even had to rate 1 star to write a review. We got to this location at 11am. We were the first customers there ( A party of 8 ). We sat down with our drinks and food and I walked up and asked to order a special pizza because I have a tomato allergy. The girl told me that it would be an hour or more before she could put that order in because the owner had ordered 21 pizzas and he took priority over me. I was stunned. I asked if she was kidding and she said no. We were there for an hour before we finally had to ask them to turn the lights on because we had sat in the dark for over an hour. The guy said not right now I'm busy. We had to make them turn on the lights so our kids could enjoy the gameroom. It was a horrible experience!!! read more

Upon entering this location it looked pretty nice. I'm not looking for a five star restaurant because it's Cicis and only 6.29 to dine in. But come on it was probably the most disgusting pizza I have EVER had. When we walked in the cashier was very sweet and made sure that if we needed anything we could ask her. However there was not many pizza to choose from so I decided to order a personal pan. Keep in mind that I had never been to this particular location (and I NEVER plan to again) I did not know where to order it. So of course it looked like I needed assistance, the woman in the back rudely said to the younger kid "ask her what she wants" I finally got to where I needed but the same lady was just rude the whole entire time we were here. The food was undercooked and not even worth eating if it was free. Not to mention the desserts were cold and undercooked as well. Never again will I step foot into this location again . read more
