DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE. The hours of this place is 1030am to 10 pm . Second worst experience I have had at this same place.This place has closed down once already and opened up under supposedly new management.Seems the same to me.Upon arriving with my grandson there was cold pizza out a saladbar bread and sauce. Went back to get salad at 9 pm girl was removing salad bar, I ask her what time they closed , said she was only cleaning it and never put it back out. They never put pizza out. After removing salad bar they removed the sauce that I eat with the bread that only left the pizza that was there upon arriving and nothing else.So we left and will never return . Couple came in as we were about to leave payed for their food got plates set them down and walked out.There was plenty of time for them to keep food out in bar since they had well over an hour before closing. At this rate they might as well shut the doors and never open back up.Only gave them a1 rating because it would let me not leave a railing at all. Dont need that rating read more

We have gone to Cici's a few times for our kids and they have enjoyed the pizza selections and my husband and I have enjoyed the salad bar. In recent months the service has greatly declined. We used an online offer code for an adult buffet for $4.99 and was overcharged and then the girl at the counter refused to fix it when we brought it up with the receipt and showed the offer on the CiCis website. We ended up paying over $50 for two adults, one 10 year old, and one 6 year old. The cleanliness of this restaurant has also declined, dishes piled about a half foot above the tops of the bins near the trash cans, the salad bar was a mess with toppings in the dressings and the salad looking wilted, Dirty dishes where the clean dishes are supposed to be, over all it was a huge disappointment and unfortunately we will not be returning. read more

2 stars is being generous and that's only because the kids loved the macaroni and cheese pizza. There was no napkins and when we asked it felt like we were bothering them and he rolled his eyes and said let me see if we have some. The lettuce was either big chunks or brown. The broccoli was brown there was no ranch dressing. There was no pasta. My niece asked for the apple pie deserts and he rolled his eyes and said they would get it. They advertise 15 kinds of pizza there was maybe 4. We had to ask for buffalo chicken and it was drowning in hot sauce I couldn't eat it. The major problem. There was hair in my brother in law pizza. And when shown nothing was said. Not worth the money anymore. read more

Every single pizza was raw. Very raw. I told the girl working there and a guy who I assume was a manager (no name tag that I saw and he didn't tell me his name or title), and the guy said they'd fix the problem. As I was waiting for more pizza to come out that was hopefully cooked, I heard at least 2 other people complaining to staff that the pizza was raw. When the new "cooked" pizzas came out, I went to get some and it was raw as well! All I ate was a salad and 2 little pieces of some kind of desert (which was also raw, but I am diabetic and my sugar had dropped by this point so I was desperate). The music was pretty loud as well, which wouldn't have been so bad (I love music) had there not been a tv on also. My husband told the staff before we left that the second round of pizzas were raw too, and they refunded $8. Only $8 and there were FIVE of us. We decided to stop and eat cicis cause we were that hungry to go eat so I'm with my boyfriend and his dad and we walked in nothing is on the bar and everything we ate was really cold there was only one man working while the manager was walking around on the phone and we asked about desert and they said they ran out cause they were busy and there was no cheese on the salad bar in my opinion packed or not you should still be prepared this is a buffet place not a restaurant and there was hardly any pizza ready and no cheese bread till we got ready to leave very disappointed with this place won't be back for a long time read more

This place used to be the spot to get your pizza fix! Now not so much. When I first moved to Florence this spot was clean, professional, and fun. Last time I went the salad bar was stocked with rotten vegetables, the lady operating the register while polite was under trained, leaving the register to fix said rotting salad bar which lead to a line backing up at the counter and the other employees blatantly ignoring. When one of the managers shift was over I witnessed her ride park out front come into the store with a small child. The grown man with his pants sagging below his butt cheeks, absolutely reeking of BO, and cigarette smoke (Hotboxing in a car with a child.) proceed to get take out boxes and fill them before leaving. Wasn't aware CiCis employee meal discount covered three people taking their fill when your shift was over. read more

How do you not have water in restaurant? A whole selection of sodas, but no water. There is dishes left out on tables from other people who came before. Tiles on the ceiling are leaking and have greasy stains. A big pile of trash in the middle of the aisle of tables. read more

Well... first of all, when we got there, there was no Ice for our drinks... We sampled the pizza buffet... it was cheap Pizza gets cold fast... The trick here is to wait until something new comes out and then run for it. There was a sign "Just Ask"... I guess you can have them make a pizza for everyone to try. The pasta was lame and the salad didn't look too appetizing and it was probably because all the salad dressing was tossed around as if someone was painting with it. I observed people eating lots of pizza only to leave the crusts on the plate. POHO! I prefer Pizza Hut buffet better. read more

We did eat there at least three time per month. They have done an "update" to the restaurant. It seems they sat down and worked up a plan that would cause the most difficulty for the patrons. They took away the trays so now you have to juggle your cups the whole time while trying to get your pizza. They moved the salad bar from the end of the line to the front so that the people that only want pizza has to wait behind the salad pickers. The moved the forks to the very end of the line on the other side of the drink dispenser. Had the fork end up so that everyone and their brother has handled the eating end by the time you get to them. Their ice machine rarely works. It is either empty or jammed with huge chunks. Told one of the girls and she said "Let me see what I can do about it". She walked back behind the counter and the machine was never checked. The pizza WAS decent. Since the "update" it has been horrible. Tonight somehow they managed to have the bottom burnt and the top undercooked. We were not able to eat it. Will not be going back. The current crew is rude and do not seem to care about the quality of the food. read more

This place is a sh*tshow. My partner works at another pizza place in town and I work in a restaurant, so we are very understanding of mishaps and such. However, this is pretty much as bad as you can possibly get. The first time we came here, they seemed very irritated that we came in asking for take out because they were out of pizza boxes. They said "bring your own boxes" so my partner literally drove to Papa Johns, got some empty boxes, and brought them back so we could get our pizza. We thought, whatever, it's a one time thing. Tonight, we went again. We ordered on the app and waited for it to notify us it was ready. We went in to get it, and they had never even made our order. They had the receipt and everything, just never made it. They say, "ok we'll make it for you." Then all 4 employees go in the back and start playing around, throwing rags and food at each other and yelling. We couldn't believe our eyes. My partner gave them 15 minutes to give us our pizzas that we had already paid and waited an hour for. They acted so annoyed and immature, I frankly think that none of them are fit for a role in food service or customer service. Very unprofessional, and not to mention an unsanitary store. I will not be back unless it's for a refund. The restaurant looked liked it hasn't been kept up or cleaned all day, the workers were lazy (all 2 of them), and there was no pizza there at 7pm on a Sunday when we went. We had to wait for pizza to be cooked, that quickly got snatched up by the several other waiting customers. There were no desserts available. The cashier was on the phone for atleast 25 minutes gossiping. And she was texting and didn't even look up when we left. We had to clean off our own table to sit at. Years ago, before they even were in the present location, this place had a great lunch buffet.......was near Academy Sports so thought I would have lunch.......BAD MISTAKE!......The worst pizza I believe I have ever tasted....the salad bar was pitiful and the price for the buffet with drink was over $8.00. This place has probably changed owners several times since my last visit 15 years ago and will NEED to make some changes again before I return. read more

As far as service goes, there was excellent customer service, and the manager was hands on helping the staff. But the food was beyond poor. The salad bar had very few options, and very odd toppings at that (such as pickles, banana peppers, olives, etc.) Also the lettuce wasn't fresh, all the pieces had brown-ish spots on them. While in this resturant today, my husband was approched my an employee. The employee wanted to know why he had a gun in the restaurant. My husband proceeded to tell him that he had checked to see if there were signes that prohibited them to be in there. There were not any signs posted so as he carried it with him like he always does. Alabama is an open carry state, and both of us have our licence to carry. The employee was rude and had no business asking questions when there were zero signes posted that banned them from being in the building. We will not be back. read more

This restaurant really needs better management. There was food and trash all over the floor, flies everywhere and it was very warm, like the A/C wasn't even on. While eating, an employee knocked plates off on accident, and when picking them up I saw them put back some plates that had just fell on the floor. The fountain machine had Coca-Cola, but it was fully watered down to the point it was clear. I won't be back, at least while it's as messy and unorganized as it is currently. read more

I can't honestly give them high marks. First of all the last time we went in to eat the choices were limited and I hardly had any food on my plate when I sat down to eat. This was for the simple reason that they were not replenishing the buffet at all. I wanted tea to drink and they were out. Never made any new tea the whole time I was there. Had to scrounge around just to find enough of leftover food to eat on the bar. The place is not designed very well either. Tables are too close together and your constantly getting bumped by people and people and kids running by you as you eat, all four sides of your table. Very bad layout that will ruin any dining experience. I have been in better Cici's locations. I have no desire to go back to this one. I definitely left disappointed. Avoid this place. So me and my wife wanted to have some pizza so we went to cicis pizza 3/12/18 at 7:30 pm after waiting at the register to get waited on for 15 min while the young lady was flirting with two gentlemen.she finally decided to wait on us after she waited on my wife and I she gos right back to talking to the two gentlemen holding the line up and some more customers where waiting as she was just talking away .we got our food and sat down to eat there was no brownies the pizza was cold and hard as a rock.so my wife went to ask the manger if she could cook us a pizza because the pizza was cold .but she was to busy on her cell phone to answer my wife .so went up there and asked to speak to a manger and she said I am the manger and continued talking on her cell phone every review I read on here is there always on there phone or just standing around .there was food all over the floor the table where nasty corporate needs to pay a visit to this store you are losing customers I won't go back .my sister said basically the something happen to her and so did my mother and father .if they spent less time on there cell phones maybe they can keep the food fresh read more
