This was layer upon layer of its namesake - Extraordinary. That usual layer of grease that sits atop pepperoni? Nope. Just crispy pepps. No greasey layered top or bottom, just great bites, bite after bite. Super light on the tummy as well. This was a dough like no other. It held its own to the toppings without being heavy. The manager, Oliver said they do this so it's easier to digest. Then we had the salad Laura with Burata Stracciatella cheese, fresh cut tomatoes, croutons and fresh sliced parmesan cheese.
