Ate at CiCi's after 5pm on Sunday. The folks are always very nice and friendly!!! The Cheese Bread was wonderful!!! It was delightfully delicious as always!!! I ordered a flatbread pizza, and while waiting for it, I grabbed a couple slices of the BBQ Pizza. Flavor was good, but it seemed to have very little meat on it. Maybe the person cooking was different on Sunday. I really don't know, but they messed up my flatbread pizza! I really don't want burnt pizza, folks!!! My pizza had plenty of meat and cheese on it. I was very tickled, but evidently the cook didn't understand that I wanted light sauce - very little sauce! Normally, their flatbread pizza is excellent!!! But on Sunday, there was way too much sauce on my pizza. Made it gooey. I don't like gooey pizza! When we first started coming to CiCi's last year, I think, the flatbread pizzas were always taken out before they burned. and the tables were always bussed, and kept clean. I noticed lately, that they allowed the tables to remain dirty for way too long, and on Sunday, a man came and cleared the dishes, but he didn't wipe down any of the tables. That seemed so strange. It doesn't do much good to clean off the tables, but NOT wipe them down! I don't know who manages this place, but someone needs to make sure the dishes are removed quickly, and that the tables are cleaned immediately! I have worked at many different places like this when I was younger, and we always kept the dirty dishes pulled and when folks left we wiped down the tables as quickly as possible. Really people, if you don't have someone who is assigned to keep the tables clean, then have your people take turns. It doesn't take any time at all for one person to clean and wipe down 3 tables or even 5 tables. Then swap out. Have someone else come out to clean and wipe down the next 3-5 tables. Or better yet, have the dish man come remove the dishes and have someone wipe down the tables as he clears them. Btw, my friends and I like the brownies. Don't know what that new desert is, but as one fella said, it didn't even look good! Side note!!! Restrooms always seem to look good!!! And other than dirty tables, this place does seem clean! Really bad. My fiancé went to get her pizza The pizza wasn't baked right the dough still chewy and the sauce runs off the pizza as if it were water and the top layer of cheese sticks to each other. This place smells of sewer backup from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out. It's disgusting. The floor is dirty, and there were many tables that needed to be bused. I was sure to eat the pizza fresh out from the oven but had serious doubts about the cleanliness record of this place. I made the best of it, knowing I would never be back. We had to wait for pizzas, both savory and sweet. They only bring 1 pizza out every 15 min or so. Dessert pizza was almost non-existent. We had to wait and wait for everything. The buffet isn't my speed..as the pizza is horrible. But the baked chicken wings they sell are delicious. Especially the garlic parmesan...OmG. The customer service is always wonderful, the staff truly seem to enjoy their jobs. You'll Always get a reasonable price for anything they offer. I normally like this cicis and love cicis pizza in general but this was a horrible experience! We ordered our pizzas for a 6:30pickup around 2pm. When we got there at 6 they had no idea where the order was. Evidently they made it at 2 and left it under the lights for four hours. Worst tasting pizza I've ever had. I normally love leftover pizza for breakfast but this was disgusting. I used to know the owners but I think they sold it. Ok. The pizza here is really good. Let me reiterate that. Pizza = NOM! They're one of only two places in town that does an Anchovy pie. Yum! That aside, everything else leaves much to be desired. They don't have changing tables in the restroom so I had to change my daughter on the floor. Luckily, I was wearing a sweater and I put that down, but gross! Now I have to launder my sweater which means a trip to the laundry mat. Ugh! Please explain why it's $18.14 for a buffet lunch to two people?! I thought it's $5 or $6 per person for a buffet! There were 10 pizzas on the buffet when it stated 15 advertisement shown on the tables... I didn't see any other pizzas that piqued my favorite selections... The only things that satisfied me were the white cheese spiral pasta, cheese stick bites, the spinach white cheese pizza slices, the cinnamon rolls, apple strudel pizza, and the bavarian cream pizza. Also the salad bar is small and doesn't taste that good at all... It has been 6 years for me and since the 1990's for my other half since we've been to a CiCi's Pizzas... Tasty, fast, inexpensive. That pretty much sums it up! If you have a hungry crew that likes pizza (or salad) this is the place for buffet. A good variety of pizza options fills out your plate, including a few dessert items. The salad setup is even good (and I pretty much never do salads). The pasta, however, is not that awesome. Seems a bit undercooked and very basic noodles. I expect this is because of the style of all-you-can-eat buffet where the food is out for hours and if you fully cooked it, it would be great for the first three people then turn to mush. No matter, I skip the pasta (tho the sauces are great, even on their own!) and the rest of the food more than makes up for it. read more

We took the grand kids on a Saturday evening about 7 PM. We were there for about an hour and they probably put out half a dozen pizzas. Went in and place was kinda busy but not as bad as I've seen it before. The girls working behind the counter were playing around way too much! One of the girls ( tall skinny one in an Adidas visor) dug into the trash to find a man's order, then went right back to work touching everything!!! Really bad pizza. I ordered a large deep dish for carry out . The service was okay but the pizza was awful. There was very little sauce, and what was there was very bland. The rest of the pizza was almost tasteless. The whole pizza tasted more like cardboard. This was very disappointing. Do yourself a favor and find a different pizza place. read more
