This safari park is AWESOME!! Part of the park you drive through, part of the park you walk through. It included SO many animals including a baby kangaroo that you could hold! Sloths you could hold and feed. Giraffes you can feed lettuce to! Red tailed lemur, tons of red kangaroos, ostrich and emus, macaws and toucans. It's really awesome!! We came through after camping and had our camper with us, but there was plenty room for us to drop the camper and drive through and hook back up afterwards. All ages are welcome!

Really well done! This man and wife show is amazing! Can't imagine how much work it is to run your Safari Park, but thank you, our whole family enjoyed it! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and you get as much feed as you want. We enjoyed the giraffes the most and it was fun to feed them the lettuce. Yes, they let you feed them lettuce for $5 for three leaves (not three heads, three leaves - ouch!). It was interesting to see their long black tongue grab the leaf right out of your hand. The sloth was another great attraction and the perfect photo opportunity. We enjoyed the camels, kangaroos and ostrich too! Good family fun!

We absolutely loved this park! It was our first time to go, and we're so glad we went. It has a small drive-through area and a somewhat bigger walk-through area. The walk-through area has plural things to do, including feeding some of the animals, and it was a great experience for our family. We will definitely go again and although it was a two hour drive for us one way. It was worth the happy adventure!

How long does the tour take?

I would say two hours or less. The next time we go, I'm going to plan on about that much time.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and set up for fun! We enjoyed the mining experience as well as the animals We went during the winter so a lot of animals are hibernating. I'm excited to go back during spring and summer and see the changes! I hope the mining always stays open. I think it'd be a fun tradition to always do a bag of mining (you get from the gift shop) and collect "gems" and "stones" mama likes her crystals so this is a fun way to score some really pretty crystals and learn about all the different kind of rocks! This place is so nice and educational. Also was the most quiet and non-crowded zoo we've ever been too. I think we woke up the monkeys There's also a great zoo right across the street.

I do recommend getting here early in the day you are able to feed the giraffe and see other animals feeding as well of course is additional but it's so nice to be able to do this too

A very sweet young lady gave us a detailed tour in the reptile room and my oldest son is now in love with holding exotics animals thanks to her patience. There was another young lady who felt like she was out personal tour guide , she would pop up with a smile and give us details and stories about the animals, you can really tell the animals are loved and well taken care of at Cathy's we will for sure be back!!

We thought this would be such a fun place for her and her siblings to visit, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Annie and Tess were our guides, and I truly cannot say enough great things about them. They took the time to teach us about every single animal we had the pleasure of meeting, allowing us to move at our own pace and really enjoy every moment. I found myself feeling so relaxed and fully present during the experience, and that wouldn't have been possible without their patience and care. They were amazing. Honestly, all of the staff we encountered were so kind and welcoming. The animals were clearly happy and very well taken care of. My kids loved every encounter and even learned a little about how to care for the animals themselves. I actually saw a review complaining about animal poop around the property... but it's a farm. The animals are free-roaming instead of being kept in cages, which honestly made the experience even more special. If someone expects a hospital-grade environment, this probably isn't the place for them. This is a farm with well-loved and well-cared-for farm and exotic animals. I highly recommend bringing yourself, your family, and your kids here. You won't regret it. We already can't wait to come back -- I might even have to celebrate my own birthday here as an adult! Annie and Tess, we loved meeting you both and can't wait until we see you again.
