Parking - right out front and plenty of spaces in the retail area it's a part of. I took my 2 year old on a Tuesday from 3:30-5:30. I showed up early to our slot and was the first one let in about 5 min early. Everything had been reset for our session - they did have walk ins as well. During our visit a total of 5/6 other kids and their parents. About 9/10 play stations available so plenty of space and options. My sons favorites were the house and dessert shop. Entrance is about $13 includes 2 hours and a snack when they leave which is a nice transition! The employee was so kind and always had the most beautiful smile on. We've been looking for something fun for our two-year-old grandson to do during the day, and we discovered Play Street Museum. From our research, it seems that each location has a different theme and the McKinney location theme is "The Farm". You need to go to their website to make reservations for specific play periods and the current cost is $13, which even includes a token for a snack. Aside from a large barn with stuffed farm animals, a couple live Guinea pigs, and a pretend cow that the kids can actually "milk", there were other toys and activities guaranteed to capture the interest of most kids. There was a pretend store/restaurant, a house, and a horse stable as well. Bottom line - Our grandson had a blast! Now, we're anxious to let him try out the Allen location as well, with the theme of "on The Go". read more

1-2022 This location was smaller than the Plano location. It's tucked away on a side street that looked residential at first. We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and the place was already full of kids and adults. The place was clean and I noticed the workers trying to put toys back in their spots during the scheduled playtime. My two year old granddaughter had a great time running around. The Ice cream shop and the house were her favorites. The life size light-bright In the back was very fun. They have Bee Keeper information/area in the back by the restrooms with two bee keeper suits. There were guinea pigs in the back room. Only one worker when we arrived, checking us in, sometime later another one came in. You're given a wooden token to use for a snack. My granddaughter has food allergies and the snack selection was great and offered options she could have. read more

There are many play street locations however this one is my favorite. Although they don't have a ballpit or slide like other locations, they offer so many unique options for kids of all ages. They set up a table with paper, paint sticks, colored pencils for kids to be artistic which we loved. There is also a large sized "night bright" which my son was fascinated with. I've been to this location and the Plano one and this is by far the better of the two. It's kept cleaner than the Plano one. Toys aren't scattered all over the place. There's always someone reorganizing. The workers are also a lot nicer here than at the Plano location. The theme here is country/farm. Each location seems to have a different theme. There is a cow you can milk, animals you can treat in a medical area, an ice cream/sandwich shop and more! The price is $12 to get in plus you get a token for a snack or drink. My son stayed two hours this last time but he would have stayed to play longer if I hadn't been so tired. The age range seemed to be 1-4. My son is 15 months and there were about two children his age to play with. Overall a really great place to bring your child to play. We will definitely be back! read more

This place is so cute!! Perfect place for young children. It was such a clean, fun, inviting environment. Aubrey helped us as we were brand new to Play Street and she was absolutely amazing. I heard about this place through a friend but unfortunately open play is only M-F and I work during the week. However on random occasions, when there isn't a party booked on the weekend, they will have open play. So they actually had open play this past Sunday. I paid $12.99 for two hours of open play. It's a little pricey for only two hours but I've heard good things about this place and we needed to get out of the house. The place is really cute! I was expecting it to be a no shoe place but it wasn't. The place is really clean as well. The bathroom is stocked with baby wipes and a good changing table for the little ones and a stool for the sink. I just wished they had more open play availability on the weekends. read more

We know to always check their events because it is truly THE BEST! We came here again for holiday Gingerbread house building event and it was just AMAZING!!! Their staff is top notch and they prepare and thought of every single detail-- so you as the parent don't have to! Just bring your kiddos and have fun! They prepare every type of candies and had all the stations set up for each child. I just can't praise them enough! At the end they even pack our house in the box so we can take them Home safely! I have been to the Frisco location and then found out this location opened and it's much closer than the Frisco spot so I decided to check it out. The Frisco location has a Frisco theme and this location is a farm theme. They have crafts, tons of paper and art stuff laid out, chalkboard, huge light up sign that you can play with (I probably had the most fun with it. It's a HUGE lite brite basically) they have a big cow that you can milk and water comes out. There was a section with blocks. The staff is really good at keeping everything cleans and washing toys with sanitizer and just being really sweet. Tons to do if you look at photos you can see the different areas. I love this because my kids played for 3 hours with NO technology. Which is huge these days. $10 for 3 hours plus a snack!! I'm in. I will def return. read more

It has a farm theme and children have the choice to play in the following areas: Sweet Caroline's ice cream and sandwich shop, horsemanship barn with workshop, large lightbrite, bee keeping area, large LEGO's, barn with stuffed animals and small plastic animals, and house with kitchen and laundry. They also have a farmers market, large pick up truck, large legos for toddlers and an art area. You can also paint your own pottery for an extra fee. Finally, they have an area called The Discovery Rug with books, dinosaurs, western wear items, and a car track. It costs 11.50 per child before tax. Love this space, such a great place to take kids! We did a mermaid event with my niece the other day and it was such a great time for her! She is about 18months so sometimes it's hard to find stuff for her age group. This space is great for a wide range of ages! She had a great time and loved being able to interact with all the buildings and toys! McKinney's theme is the farm, so all the little building look like barns and have tiny furniture for children to play with a move easy. It's so cute! We went during an event, not regular play hours, so we registered ahead of time, and had a specific time we had to come. The event got my nice a figurine to paint, and puzzle to take home, and some mermaid themed snacks. We only had to pay for her to get in, adults were free, which we all appreciated! A lot of places make adults pay too, which can make for an expensive trip. I love that with a paying child, adults can come too. If you need to find a great way for your child to engage in social situations , this is the place! I've been for a birthday party and just for play time and both times, my 2 year old loved it! It's a little indoor city with so many things for your child to choose to play with. I use playstreet as an alternative to having a house full of toys, they have so many options for the kids and they have sitting spaces for the adults as well. The ladies there are so sweet, and even had dance party while we were there!its costs 12.95 for admission, and the even gave him a snack when we were done! This is such a great place. The employees keep it meticulous and they actually cut off admitting guests when capacity is reached. As a pediatric PT, there are few places that really are developmentally and kid appropriate (no matter what they advertise). So, bringing my kids here ensures they will be able to play at their own pace, with safe toys, and can be as creative as they want. My daughter and nephew had a blast, as did all the others we saw. They don't have a time limit so you can play as long as you'd like. So get there at opening so you aren't waiting to get in later! read more

Great place to bring your kids for some fun. It's open. And clean. They have a cow that you can milk (water) and it's such a neat experience for the little ones. Also have a giant illuminated peg board and crafts. My toddler enjoyed it. On another note, I had a concern and sent a comment through the website. We loved this place!!!! It's very different from the usual kids "jumpy" places. We were booked for 11:30a-1:00p. We got there right at 11a to setup and Bertha walked out to meet us and help carry stuff in, I was already impressed. The place is clean, well laid out and just a fun little street with a miniature cafe, barn and a couple of houses. Plenty of toys, and all sort of stuff for the kids to keep themselves busy. Bertha helped set up, place the balloons, juice packets, and water bottles; she ran the cakes to the fridge and we were all set and ready to party!!! As the family and friends streamed in, they signed in to confirm they had rsvp'd. We had a full hour of kids and parents and we all had a blast! We had for lunch, carry in..and Bertha was there to serve the kids; and aith about 30 to go we sang Happy Birthday and cut the cakes. We would definitely recommend Play Street Museum - Mckinney. First time here. I normally go To the one in Frisco, this one was much closer and I thought I would check it out. VERY VERY CLEAN. The lady working was sanitizing everything when I arrived. Shows they disinfect several times a day. This one is a farm theme. They are new, so I think they will attain more stuff through the months. The cost is $11.95, this includes a snack or drink token. I think it's a little on the pricey side, but it's nice to go every once in awhile for dramatic play without arcades or technology. We came during lunch so it was empty. Which was actually nice. Of the 3 Play Street locations, this one seems to have the least "stuff" (although I did go for a birthday party during the first week it had opened, so maybe there's more now). The intricately designed playhouse facades are just as impressive as the other locations. This location has an enormous lite brite board, which was very cool. There was a ride-on tractor to go with the "farm" theme, and a milkable cow (not sure how I feel about that particular feature). Like the other locations, this one is quite clean. It is definitely worth checking out if you live nearby (or if your little one is an extreme farming enthusiast), but for those of us who are close enough to the Frisco and Plano locations, it's not different enough to merit the drive. read more

Brought my 18 month old in to play. The fee is for the entry of the child only, and there is no time limit. My boy can only play for so long, but for older kids this is nice as I'm sure they can play here for hours. A diverse set of farm themed play houses, toys and items to play with. The staff was attentive and friendly. They continuously re-organized the toys that have been misplaced and cleaned small toys that were played with with Meyers cleaning products. The play area is very open and airy. felt safe for my boy to run around in. A snack or drink item is provided prior to your departure per child, and the selection is healthier than traditional snacks or drinks. Definitely recommend as a place to let your kids hang out and have fun for a couple to several hours. read more

I love this place! Cute set up, lots of areas for kids to play in. However, it can get busy and if you get there during a busy hour they won't let you in, you get put on a wait list due to fire code. I recommend going right when they open if you don't want to wait with a toddler. Its definitely worth the wait though! They have several play areas, a barn with stuffed animals/toys to play with, a play house with a fridge and table and play food. A icecream shop and sandwich shop. A store with play food. Plus more. There's also a space to draw and do crafts. It's so fun and very clean! Staff is great! At the end your child gets a free snack and drink. This place was fantastic! We took our 2 year old, 3 year old and 5 year old. Each had fun and there were plenty of activities. Great selection of Melissa and Doug toys, too ;) We were there for just over 1 hour, and only left because it was starting to get pretty full! I would recommend going right at opening (9am). My baby girl 'S favorite is to play in their kitchen and do laundry at the same time ( multi tasking); while my bubba stays busy in the ice cream shop, wooden blocks, and lately they have an incubator with chicken eggs in it , today they have 5 days to hatch. Only wish they had a special deals such as 10 visits gives the 11th for free. But even at their price point its totally worth it. read more

My son had hours of fun at this place! I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the museum, and how the employees were consistently going around the rooms to re-organize and clean the toys. There was plenty of room for all the kids to play, and the layout of "the farm" was absolutely darling. There was no time limit on play, which I loved because my son did not want to leave! My daughters love this place! It's so unique and there are so many creative toys and activities for the kids. My 15-month-old loves the ride-on tractor and the giant lite brite! Had a birthday party here and it was so fun. :) The person designated to help us with the party was great, she helped organize and manage the flow and timing of things, helped set up and clean up, including putting away food and storing items in baggies. We love play street museum! I love bringing my 3 kids here. They truly thought of everything. They cater perfectly to kids and moms. When I come here on play dates, I can actually interact with the other moms. I love the gate that keeps the kids in the play area and totally contained! I love that they only allow a limited number of kiddos so that it doesn't get too chaotic (there is a wait list when it fills up so come in the afternoon or before 9:30am). I love the snacks included in the price and the array of choices they have... My kids love using the token they get to pay for the snacks themselves. The toys are so high quality (mostly awesome Melissa & Doug stuff!). I always see them cleaning the toys and the staff is so great about constantly putting them back in their place and resetting the play areas as needed so it's always ready for new kids and experiences. Everything from check in to the bathrooms are just perfect with not one detail lacking. I so appreciate play street, and we come here at least twice per month. Also, we live closer to the Plano and Frisco locations but we come to the McKinney location the most because my kids LOVE the farm theme. It's truly awesome!!!! read more

We are fans of Play Street Museum! Fantastic place to bring little ones for pretend play. We went here on opening weekend and this location is brand new. Very clean, bright and spacious play area. Love the pretend ice cream parlor, stable, chicken coop and farm house in addition to a cool Lite Brite wall and working cow. Love that Play Street pays attention to details, such as a wooden block area, and providing little baby seats (like Bumbos) for little siblings to sit up and watch all the activity as kids play. Kids can do art at the tables where there are caddies of markers/crayons in addition to a cool "play dough" to roll out and play with. The $11 admission is well worth it and includes a healthy snack your child can pick out. read more
