I have definitely been here before and the service sucked so bad I never came back but I heard it was under new management and I wanted to check it out and so I did today! And I must say the service was excellent and the food was fresh and if you don't see it ask for it and it'll be out in a jiffy. Looking a place for grandkids to eat macaroni & cheese pizza. Great junk food pizza place with any kind of pizza you can ask for. Would give it a 5 be knowing how unhealthy those pizzas are I just couldn't. My grandkids always want to go. The guys at Nac & Lufkin are alway friendly. Nice people. Clean place. OK Salad Bar. Good desserts. Buffet Pizzas are 90% crust. Very little sauce, cheese, and other toppings and meat is almost impossible to find. So, if it weren't for making marginal pizza, this would be a pizza place worth visiting. I sincerely believe they make pizzas for under $2. There's just nothing there but flavored crust. read more

I went bc my kids team had a pizza party there. They made me pay 10 bucks to sit there. I didnt see any signs posted that you have to pay just to be in the building. I do understand that people take advantage of buffets and steal food. But, there needs to be a sign out if you plan on ripping people off for just being there while their family is eating. read more

First off, I think my pregnant brain was delirious to even agree to come to this restaurant. I honestly just wanted their creamy spinach pizza circa 2000 when I had the "all you can eat for only $4.99" jingle stuck in my head. We went right after opening during the week day for lunch. We thought this would be the best time for fresh pizza. Upon entering this restaurant it has an AWFUL smell. Think of an old movie theater with sticky floors, musty spilt food and a lack of bleach circa 1995. Looking at the chairs, you could see just old splattered drink spills. Everything had a stinkiness to it. The entire restaurant needs a deep clean! Seriously, shut the place down and just start spraying bleach water out of a hose. Once you get past the smell, you realize there are no trays for you plates. Rolled past the pasta because it was was dry and probably from the day prior. There weren't many pizzas out and available (and the two ladies in front of us hogged most the pizza like they can't get a second plate later), so we get a few pepperoni slices and ask for some other pizzas to be made. Also roll right past the salad bar because the salad was turning brown and wilting. I looked up and only the top oven was being used because the second oven below had stacks of metal dishes. Um, you literally have 5 whole customers and can't take the time to put the dishes away? The coke machine looks new and was clean, but super sticky all around it and on the floor. The dessert pizzas looked old and dried out. Didn't even attempt to touch them. The pizza themselves were decent and exactly what I wanted once we got some fresh slices right out of the oven, but there was a lot to get past to just enjoy some pizza. The pizza area itself was very clean and kept up. The lady working the register did do constant checks to keep it clean while the only other employee there was making pizza. I just wish the seating area had the same attention to detail. They have some pretty good to-go specials for cheap. I would probably order to-go next time my delirious pregnant brain wants some of that spinach pizza. read more

Ordered pepperoni pizza. I was there within 10 minutes, and it was ready. So I believe it had been sitting there to go opt on buffet. Not hardly any cheese, couldn't really taste any, won't be back here. read more

This establishment was the worst one I've been to. I'm honestly saddened because I love Cici's. Right when we walked in the place smelled horrible. The salad bar was disgusting and the pizza looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for forever. The tables were not clean and the floor looked like it had never been mopped. Well first of all, a man screamed at me when I first walked in. Then they took for ever to make a new pizzas that I paid for. And then on top of it all, the pizzas are out were old, and room temperature, and they took exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes to make some freaking cinnamon rolls, can you believe this monstrous company!!! read more

Disgusting! Wish I would have taken photos. I figured that maybe they had just had a rush and that's why there wasn't any pizza on the buffet and their pasta and salad bar was a mess but nope. The mess stayed there longer than we did. Pasta sauce all over the countertop. The salad dressing bottles looked like they hadn't been washed in a week. And the restrooms?? Gross! The attitude of the employees didn't help at all. They all looked miserable like they just hated their jobs. My son put a dollar into one of their little toy machines and nothing came out. When I went up to the manager he asked which machine it was and once I showed him, he said they don't give refunds on any of the machines. Uh... Why did it matter which machine it was then? Absolutely not. I came here on a school trip on 12/5/18, and there was a mouse trap in the arcade room! It had to have been there for a while due to the disgusting smell in this place. They finally sent someone to go get the nasty rodent and deal with it and the boy who ended up getting it had absolutely no hand protection, and then went and kept making pizza! The girls restroom was disgusting and I will most definitely not be visiting CiCi's in Nac. ever again. Hopefully for your sake, you will not either. read more

Decided to try this place because one of us wanted salad and one wanted pizza, NEVER AGAIN! The pizza wasn't too bad but the conditions were DISGUSTING!! The buffet was never wiped down, the dressing containers were gross and crusty, the beverage island was dirty and had lids and straw wrappers everywhere. There were multiple tables stacked HIGH with dirty plates and people were just adding to them from their occupied tables. There was a disgusting layer of garbage on the floor not just under the tables but in the walkways. There were PLENTY of employees working and they weren't especially busy. The manager kept going and helping the pizza prep by creating ready crusts(something the pizza prepped had pretty well under hand) and the young man who came out to finally clean those tables just picked up the plates and wiped the tables down, didn't pick up ANYTHING from the floor and just walked over it. He also went to replace the ice in the machine and used a bus tub to do it....it may have been cleaned on the inside but the outside of the bus tub was visibly filthy. On our way out(past the empty desert station that was NEVER filled the entire time we were there) we looked for a garbage can where we could at least take care of our own table and there was nothing we could use so we had to just walk away. read more

Our boys wanted pizza so this is where we went. My son wanted a pineapple and ham and they didn't have it, so he asked and we were told that it would be brought to us. What we didn't expect was the hair that was also on the pan and in the pizza. When I asked for a refund for my sons price, I was told that I would need to contact the owner. During my call, he accused me of not telling the truth, but said a replacement pizza would have to suffice because they don't give refunds. I said I would be posting a review and he said that wouldn't be a problem and then hung up. This was rude and unprofessional. We will not be going back. read more

Disgusting! I was with a larger group and did not have a say in our dinner choice otherwise I would've asked for my money back and gone somewhere else. The front desk cashier was so rude when I pulled out a coupon from a smartcard I bought from a local school. She snapped that she wasn't gonna take it because it didn't specifically say Nacogdoches on it. So I payed full price... $31 for a family of 4 (because my 11 year old was considered an adult???) for crappy pizza in an insanely disgusting "restaurant". I told a worker they were out of ice and he just rolled his eyes so we had sodas with no ice. I asked them to clean off a table for us and he rolled his eyes again so I had to move plates off of a table for him so he could wipe it down. Then I had to take my own Clorox wipe to our chairs. I will NEVER waste my money on this location again and I urge anyone reading this to go ANYWHERE else for lunch/dinner!!!! One of the employees just laughed when she saw me taking pictures of the nasty dining room and the black Clorox wipe I used to wipe the backs of our chairs. read more
