If I could rate a 0 I would. My wife and I placed an online order and paid on the website. My wife came in to pick up pizza, and they didn't receive the order. Understandable because things happen right. The part that ruined this whole experience for me was the manager was very disrespectful to the point my wife walked out. We tried to explain it was paid for. Tried to show receipt in our email and our bank account where the money was taken out. She told me my bank must be mistaken because they have no order!!!!! Then after she continued to argue with my wife, the order came through!!! I've been in the food service for almost two decades and a GM half of that time. Thank you Blaze for having vegan cheese and vegan spicy chorizo as options for pizza toppings. I order those + a bbq sauce drizzle on the top and my kids feel like they are eating meat lovers pizza again. Even more kudos for having vegan cheesy bread with garlic & pesto! So yummy. For anyone living a vegan or dairy free life, and trying to get the kids on board, these pizzas & cheese sticks are the best delivery pizza for my lactose intolerant children who absolutely LOVE pizza. As far as service, I mostly order Blaze on DoorDash for delivery or pickup. I prefer picking up my order since delivery has gotten my order wrong a couple of times. I remember one time in particular, I ordered some blaze pizza special that includes 2 pizzas and only one pizza made it to me. Idk if it was just some glitch in the system but this was very disheartening & if I don't want to risk that, I just come and get it. Mostly though, Blaze is a problem free experience that promises to please. Surprisingly, they even have really good desserts. The brownies and cookies are delicious and not in the Papa Johns cookie kind of way. The only reason I come to this restaurant is because of the food. I LOVE the pizza. I get excited to eat here. It is the one and only reason I keep coming, but I have to prepare myself for the rudeness, lack of urgency to help customers, and unprofessional service. It all stems from the older lady working here. Every other worker around her is a Saint to put up with her attitude toward them and toward us as customers. This trip alone, she cursed. The way she belittles other workers around her is ridiculous. Also, the mobile orders are pretty crazy. We have to wait a very long time to be served, and no one addresses us while we are awkwardly standing there. This place has very poor customer service, and I'm guessing this older lady is over others because that's definitely how she acts. We should have left the moment we walked in. The young lady working the front was rude and just glared at us when we walked up. This was our first time ordering and didn't understand the menu but she wasn't helpful at all. She barely spoke even when I asked questions. It was more of a hurry up and get out of my face attitude. The entire staff was lackluster and looked like zombies. I'm not sure if we just picked a bad day/time (Saturday at 2pm) but something tells me from how dirty the cookie stands and tables where this was a normal occurrence. Everything was dirty. Even when they handed me my salad the top had some nasty substance on it (grease, cheese, idk!) and it grossed me out. They didn't even change gloves! I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and they didn't even put bbq on the pizza!!! Not one person said thank you or greeted us the entire time we were there. Even when we checked out. I have always had a great experience at Blaze Pizza... until today 4/28 at 6 pm, that is. Today it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, and things were quite chaotic. I understand that when you're short staffed things can get crazy, but I don't think it's acceptable to treat customers poorly because of it. I ordered a gluten free pizza, and the person behind me ordered a gluten free pizza. Those were the last gluten free pizza dough that the staff had prepared. The next people that ordered also ordered gluten free pizza, meaning the staff needed to prepare more gluten free dough. The comments made in very rude tones by the three staff members were as followed: - Everything's gluten free now, ugh - Kill me - F****** gluten free man Additionally it was alarming how few times the staff changed their gloves considering they were working on allergen friendly pizzas. I, and everyone, else heard and it's extremely nerve wracking to hear that kind of response to your medical condition. Very disappointed. read more

Traveling through Little Rock and the ratings on Yelp were good. Went in and navigating through their process was confusing. My wife ordered chicken bbq pizza, only about 6 small pieces of chicken and not good taste. I ordered the hot sausage pizza- next to no meat, lots of jalapeños. Similar to my wife's-not good. The staff was NOT friendly or helpful. No salt shakers available, a sign they do not supply straws. We come through Little Rock a couple times a year however won't stop here ever again. read more

Blaze staff could not hear my order nor could I hear them over the Blazing Music. Matter of fact staff went to change the song selection 3 times during my order of a salad and 2 dough knots which by the way had the taste of a raw oyster? Not sure how that is even possible. I used to love this place. Went with my parents and my children Sunday, March 26. Had a kid who made the pies. Ask us how many pies. Then he asked what size pie. We asked him if they were different in circumference or diameter and he didn't understand what we were asking. He said he did not know. I even showed him with my hands, small and bigger. After we figured out that we just cooked this guy's brain on the basics of a pizza, we went on to creating the pizza. Then we had this thug of a girl. Asked us what kind of cheese and sauce. She goes on to put cheese on measuring with her hand. I ordered my children a plain cheese pizza and I asked her to put a little more on since there was a lot of red sauce still showing. She said they can only give what's allowed due to the rise of the cost of cheese. See pictures. It's a cheese pizza. That's the only topping. I called BS. And to the fact that she was using her hand, which is a highly calibrated measuring device. My stepfather was building his pizza and he asked for Canadian bacon. She starts to put on regular bacon and he said no the Canadian bacon then she replies this is Canadian bacon that is ham as she pointed to Canadian bacon (ham) however, you want to call it. The sign said it was called ham. The original toppings she started putting on was called bacon by their sign. So she clearly had no clue of what the hell she was doing. And she got upset with us and said she had to take five and slid the pizzas over to another person to do her job and went to the back room. I will tell you that this owner should be ashamed of cutting costs and hiring thugs and ignorant people. Blaze is my favorite of all personal / build your own pizza chains. This was my first visit to the Little Rock location. I ordered the BBQ chicken base and asked to add corn and pineapple (happily agreeing to pay for a build your own). Never has a location been soooo stingy on the toppings. There is literally (barely) 1 kernel of corn, 1 piece of pineapple and 1 piece of chicken per slice. Don't over do it! read more

After my first experience, I wanted to go back and give it another try. I tried their Meatlovers this time, and it was REALLY good. The place has a cool vibe and the pizza makers were all a lot of fun. Still loving that root beer on tap. So, I have updated my review to 5 stars since it was great pizza done your way, great customer service and overall a lot of fun! Ugh, was so excited for a BBQ pizza and was soooo let down. Let me give some props, crust was great, cheese was great but just their original ingredients is unlike any other bbq chicken pizza I have ever had. The combo of Gorgonzola cheese, mozzarella, chicken, banana peppers and red onions did not mesh well at all. They also use no base sauce and just a little BBQ sauce drizzle at the end (not enough sauce). I also tried some new Dough-nuts which was an appetizer of dough, cheese and pesto. They were ok, but they were served with cold pizza sauce and that ruined that for me as well. On the bright side, the local root beer they had on tap was really good ;) Overall, I understand that taste is all personal so plenty of others liked the BBQ pizza from other Yelpers but be forewarned it is a BBQ pizza like no other. I'm so impressed and pleased with the food and service. I just got diagnosed with Alpha Gal - so I'm new to the world of having allergies and I can't eat anything that comes from a mammal (example - cheese, pepperoni, etc.) I told them that I had allergy issues and they were SO CAREFUL to make sure there was no cross contamination. I was really impressed by the changing of the gloves, the getting a clean pizza cutter, the moving of my pizza away from others that could cross contaminate my pizza, etc. ...as an added bonus, my first ever vegan pizza was excellent. If I hadn't been there before, I wouldn't have known what to do. My husband got the BBQ Chicken Pizza, and I got the Green Stripe. My husband loved that he could add a ton of great toppings to personalize his order. Both pizzas were prepared and cooked very quickly. When we first arrived, there were hardly any people there, but by the time we finished ordering, quite a few more customers had come in. In their rush to get our pizza to us, the employees forgot to finish them--my husband's had no BBQ sauce, and mine was missing pesto and arugula. We decided to try this place out. Nice concept. Priced just right. Not complicated to order. They have many options. They have several vegan and gluten free options. The vegan cheese is with the veggies and not the other cheese. Each person has a section. One for cheese, one for meat and one for veggies. So there is no cross contamination. They change their gloves as well. The place echos so it is pretty loud. I wish we had discovered this place sooner! I also wish we had one in NLR so we don't have to drive to WLR from now on. Most of the other restaurants were closed due to the snowstorm, so we decided to try Blaze. We had just eaten at one of our favorite pizza places in NWA last weekend and were craving something similar. I think we found it. First, the employees were very nice and helpful. Second, the pizzas were so good we both ate the entire thing. I love the choice of options and the fact you can pile on whatever toppings you want without getting charged a ton of money. I got the original crust which is thin. They had other options including a keto crust. Instead of the various sauce options including a spicy red sauce which was unusual, I got olive oil on mine and my husband got pesto on his. I added both types of mozzarella- the shredded and the little clumps/balls. I also added chicken and bacon. For veggies, I got cherry tomatoes and red peppers. For spices, I added fresh basil, roasted garlic, oregano and sea salt. You have your choice of toppings/sauces to drizzle on after the pizza has finished cooking. The guy in front of us got the balsamic and said it was delicious. I opted with the olive oil. They also had sauces like buffalo too. My husband got the minced garlic, basil, chicken, bacon and drizzled olive oil on his. We just had water to drink. They have strawless lids for their plastic cups which was kind of cool. They also have Blue Sky drinks at the soda fountain which is a rare treat around here. They were following all of the COVID guidelines. Of course, it wasn't crowded since everyone was still stuck at home in the snow. There is a shelf to come in and pick up your carry out order which was good to know. The turn around on cooking the pizza was less than 10 minutes so not at all like waiting at a traditional pizza place.
