To Go orders get no respect. From the only prior experience: I knew to go in And let them know that I ordered online. I explicitly asked to make sure the order wasn't pulled from the buffet line and walked the line to see what's out. They made the 1 topping order and the cinnamon rolls sound old. The store closed down in July 2026. We loved this location and are sad to see it go! They had the best buffet pizza.

The food was good, as CiCi's usually is. The service not so much. The ambiance, typical CiCi's. We walked in to see the shift supervisor or the manager rooting through the trash can behind the register. Not. Good. We stood there while she apologized and continued to sort. I said we needed a bathroom break (long road trip) and she said go ahead. We came out. She came from the back and rung us up. She said she needed an order receipt for the cook, could not find it, and had to create another. At one point, a phone was ringing and other people were standing at the register and no employees were visibly anywhere in the restaurant. As convenient as it was, doubt we will back. read more

This is the best Cici's pizza location i have been to in years! The decorations were so cute and impressive. I also enjoyed the upbeat music. The food was hot and delicious and the workers were vigilant and saw even more pizza was needed. Great job!! read more

This was a nice place. They had a janitor who cleaned the place up. Some tvs.the salad was good. The pizza is cardboard though. It has some cheese. That is why I give it a three. They should go to Larry's pizza of Marcos pizza to learn to make good pjzzas. Would I go back. Yes maybe if no other place is open. read more

I prefer this location over the other local Cici's locations because it tends to look cleaner and have a slightly better ambience but that is not always the case and ALL Cici's are kinda nasty in my opinion no matter the time of day you go. The pizza toppings tend to be unevenly dispersed and have an inadequate amount. They are quickly mass-producing on the cheap. The whole place tends to look unclean and that is what I hate most about Cici's. The ambience leaves a lot to be desired too. The service is practically non-existent. I feel like we are cattle here, being fed in a crowded pen. On the bright side they have around 25 different flavor varieties of pizza. This is not even counting dessert pizzas! While they always have a great selection to choose from, they won't have every one those varieties out there at the same time but if you don't see what you are craving, request it and they will get it out there most of the time. I've had to make 2nd requests because sometimes the request gets lost. I like that they have a huge variety to choose from at a decent price with kid discounts. Thin crust which I love, thick crust, and even stuffed crust which my son goes nuts over with a large strand of cheese stretching from his mouth to his slice of pizza he's just taken a bite from. Supreme, meat-eater, veggie, honey bbq chicken, spinach alfredo, chicken bacon club, Hawaiian, even mac n cheese, and Ole! and all the typical flavor offerings. We used to go here mostly because my little kids would get excited about going and my kids would always leave with happy tummies. So many times I take them out to eat other places and end up wasting money because they leave hungry...and often after being fussy and whiny. Mommy and daddy can have their date nights elsewhere but Cici's was primarily Kids Night. They have a small arcade room too. Nowadays we go to a different pizza buffet that opened up which is always clean, with awesome service, a much better ambience and in my opinion better pizza. read more

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of the men who worked here. They were great. The man who appeared to be the manager was doing a great job. Another younger guy would come out and cleaned so the place looked great. They followed Covid safety just fine. I really wanted to give this place no starts though because the women at this location made my visit the worst experience I have ever had at a cici's restaurant ever. As soon as my kids and I walked in I felt negative energy from the cashier. She didn't greet us, she was on her phone, and looked super annoyed to see us. We paid, we sat down, and the first thing I did was get up and got my kids some pasta. The same cashier served the pasta. I asked her for 4 Alfredo pastas. She hands me one and just looks at me. I reminded her I needed 4 because I wasn't sure if she had heard me. She rudely responds, "I KNOW!". At one point I got up to get pizza and had to stand for a min because the cashier was at the front with her phone and wouldn't attend me. Another older lady came and as soon as she stood next to me the girl came over and asked the older lady what she could help her with. Super different attitude than what I was getting. The older customer told her I had already been waiting for a while and she turns around and looks at me with her stank face. Even my teen daughter did not want to ask them for pizza because she also didn't like the attitude we were getting. When it was time for dessert I stood up and went to get it. Another female worker there with a stank face of her own served me the desserts. It literally felt like I had just asked her for a sacrifice because she had to serve me the food. She looked like she hated working there. I can't wait for Covid to be over with because i hate having to ask people to serve me my food. Especially when you get negative attitude for it. After a while of being there I noticed that they gave certain customers a different type of service than us. I felt targeted by the female workers there. Not even because was alone with my kids did I get any type of respect. I proved a point to myself. As a teen I worked at a Cici's and I remembered they always had us thank the customer as they walked out the door and thank them for coming. I told my daughter to pay attention to cashier when the older customer left vs when we left. When the older customer left with her grandchildren the female workers quickly noticed and did as expected, thanks her for coming and said bye to them. With a super nice attitude. When it was finally our turn to leave I reminded my daughter to pay attention. We walked out and nothing. The cashier saw us leave and she completely ignored us. At that point I knew for a fact the cashier had something specifically against us. I've never in my life had had enemies but coming to this location felt like I had one. It almost felt like middle school where girls don't like you for the dumbest reason. I'm not sure if the cashier confused me with someone she hated or what was her problem. We're from out of town so I know I have never seen these women in my life. As soon as I got in my car I called my husband and told him about my experience. He mentioned to me that he notices this attitude from many people in Shreveport. I will NEVER visit this location again. I never once let my kids get up to get their own pizza because I didn't want my small children to get treated bad. I would have actually gone off at them. I avoid confrontation so I'm writing this review in hopes that the manager does something about his workers. Again the men here were great! But the women seriously need Jesus. read more

The previous review for this restaurant is really unfair. It's exactly what we expected for a cicis pizza. I took a group of 17 and they gave us a great deal, kept the pizzas coming, there was always something hot n fresh. My teens loved it. The dessert pizza was a highlight for sure. Nice pizza buffet. Pretty big dining area. Sometimes really popular but always seems to have the space to hold large groups. Especially good place for a big group. Decent pizza and a decent selection. Also got your standard drinks and it has a nice little arcade in the back to play some games at. Also has some TVs set up often playing some sort of cartoons from cartoon network or something like that. So its a good place. Especially if you are or have a kid. read more

Most pathetic excuse of a to go order, ever. First the order was keyed in without the deal for two for $10. The cheese bread -large looks like sorry buffet rejected pieces put together and over all it was cold even though I was there on time. Never coming again for buffet or carry-out. read more

This is probably the more orderly of the area Cici's although kids still run around unattended, fingering the food and drink dispenser. Since the push here has been the dumb designer pizzas, it is hard to get a plain pizza. Frankly, the pizza choices and lower quality have crossed this place off of our list. read more
