There are at least half a dozen vacuum bays outside, which are convenient to park in after your wash to clean out your interior and wipe down the extra water on your car surface. Speaking of extra water, I took off a star as this site does not provide manual towel wipe-dry after the wash, only the standard blower, so you really need to finish it yourself. Employees are helpful and friendly, although I rarely need to interact with them anymore as I use the automated entry.
