Steven spent the rest of his day working on trying to find out what the deal was with my truck after a few hours and it finally starting we went for a test drive and the truck decided it didn't want to shift gears so again Steven spent the rest of his day trying to figure out how it went from not starting to not shifting gears well after a few more hours of doing several diagnostic test and communicating with Nick the shop manager it was the valve body in the transmission. Now as far as this shop goes I can't begin to say enough great words about how professional Steven the shop mechanic and Nick the shop manager are these guys did everything in there will and Power to make the time go by so easy and mind you I was there for 2 days I mean great professional shop great Professional Service all of these mechanics there are very very well knowledgeable and know their stuff and will bend over backwards to not only get you in and out of there as fast as they possibly can but they do the job right. Also had the privilege and great opportunity to meet the lady that owns the shop very nice professional woman and again I can't even begin to say how grateful and thankful that I am to not only have the opportunity to be able to meet Nick and Steven but I always know that if this ever happens again that I have no doubt in my mind about taking it to the shop again I can't thank you guys enough for everything you guys are done for me and I have successfully made it home and the truck still runs and performs wonderful thank you again so much for everything you guys have done at the shop for me. He listened to what I said was happening. He attempted to jump it after hearing it try to turn over. No luck. He loaded up my van and we headed to my house. He placed it where I asked. I did saw him on the phone; after he hangs up he walked back and asked that if I wanted to get my truck tow. I did let him tow my truck cause I already waited for 1 hour. The way he was acting, I can bet on anything he was under the influence.... i really hope my review doesn't get filter so people can know about that idiot. So far lady on the phone was polite respectful. I will be calling until they do something about it. Oh this guy did not drop his cigarette for a second. Second had smoke was killing me. Had to make the safe decision of turning back for the time being, but they tightened up my steering box, tightened up my wheels to torque spec, and aligned my truck two or three times.
