They were incredibly helpful and brought me and my car safely to this repair shop. At that point, I was overwhelmed, scared, and honestly in tears. I had almost given up on continuing my trip.But the people at this repair shop were absolutely wonderful. They were not only professional, but genuinely kind, warm, and caring. They carefully checked my car, made sure the brakes and everything else were working properly, and reassured me that my car was safe and I could continue my trip. I especially want to mention the mechanic's wife. She was pregnant at the time and was so incredibly sweet, warm, and welcoming. Their kindness during such a stressful and emotional moment meant more to me than they probably realize. Because of these wonderful people, I was able to continue my Colorado trip and make some beautiful memories instead of having to turn around and go home. I will never forget how they helped me when I was at my lowest. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. People like you remind us that there is still so much kindness in the world. Had truck towed to XIT Dodge where I first met Steven one of the shop guys. Steven spent the rest of his day working on trying to find out what the deal was with my truck after a few hours and it finally starting we went for a test drive and the truck decided it didn't want to shift gears so again Steven spent the rest of his day trying to figure out how it went from not starting to not shifting gears well after a few more hours of doing several diagnostic test and communicating with Nick the shop manager it was the valve body in the transmission. Now as far as this shop goes I can't begin to say enough great words about how professional Steven the shop mechanic and Nick the shop manager are these guys did everything in there will and Power to make the time go by so easy and mind you I was there for 2 days I mean great professional shop great Professional Service all of these mechanics there are very very well knowledgeable and know their stuff and will bend over backwards to not only get you in and out of there as fast as they possibly can but they do the job right. Also had the privilege and great opportunity to meet the lady that owns the shop very nice professional woman and again I can't even begin to say how grateful and thankful that I am to not only have the opportunity to be able to meet Nick and Steven but I always know that if this ever happens again that I have no doubt in my mind about taking it to the shop again I can't thank you guys enough for everything you guys are done for me and I have successfully made it home and the truck still runs and performs wonderful thank you again so much for everything you guys have done at the shop for me. The only reason I knew where the police sent it (2 hours away) is because of my tracking device. But it's no wonder when they are charging daily rates. So when I finally was able to get an update from my tracker, locate my car (reported stolen) which took me 3 days, my bill was over 700.00! On top of this the two hour commute from Raton to Dalhart was HORRIBLE because there is NO public or private transportation readily available. Essentially we were left stranded in a town with like a hotel and two gas stations, and nothing close by within hours, no vehicle and somehow magically we were to get two hours away to their tow shop. Well we did and we updated them multiple times along the way and we arrived around 10pm only to find out they were closed until 8am! We had JUST confirmed they were meeting us! So in Dalhart you'll find it's a run down town with a crappy hotel or two which we were forced to stay at. Another $100. AND THEN....8am the next day THEY BILLED US FOR ANOTHER DAY! GREED! And likely bff with the police which is why they were given the job. Fail. You suck.

Had to make the safe decision of turning back for the time being, but they tightened up my steering box, tightened up my wheels to torque spec, and aligned my truck two or three times. We were driving from Denver to…read moreDallas around 8pm on a Saturday night and so we stopped at the gas station "toot'n and totum" to pump gas & fill up a-tire that looked air-low but then exploded..We have asked the cashier lady if she knew any tire shop open & she replied call this guy & he will go out to fix it .The shop was already closed,but when we called him he didn't hesitated to open the shop after hours.
