The only reason I knew where the police sent it (2 hours away) is because of my tracking device. But it's no wonder when they are charging daily rates. So when I finally was able to get an update from my tracker, locate my car (reported stolen) which took me 3 days, my bill was over 700.00! On top of this the two hour commute from Raton to Dalhart was HORRIBLE because there is NO public or private transportation readily available. Essentially we were left stranded in a town with like a hotel and two gas stations, and nothing close by within hours, no vehicle and somehow magically we were to get two hours away to their tow shop. Well we did and we updated them multiple times along the way and we arrived around 10pm only to find out they were closed until 8am! We had JUST confirmed they were meeting us! So in Dalhart you'll find it's a run down town with a crappy hotel or two which we were forced to stay at. Another $100. AND THEN....8am the next day THEY BILLED US FOR ANOTHER DAY! GREED! And likely bff with the police which is why they were given the job. Fail. You suck.

On a Saturday morning we called these guys and they dropped everything to squeeze us in! On top of that we discovered that the back panel of our 5th wheel was hit by something and was pulled away from the camper. They offered to patch it back together for us so we could at least pull it home. The price was 1/2 of what we were quoted on brakes prior to finding them. That kind of customer service is rare these days. They didn't have to open their doors, but they did--and they got us safely back on the road. We can't say enough good things about Bain Tire Pros.
