Decent selection and helpful staff. I was in town for a few weeks and needed some sticks. Initially I went in to buy some to go but decided to hangout in the lounge. The guys and gals in the lounge were very friendly and great people. Some played cards, watched TV or just shot the breeze. In my stay of 3 weeks I went nearly everyday to have a stick or two and just hang out. Definitely recommend this place even if you need a few cigars to go or you can hangout. read more

I love coming here! The selection of cigars in the humidor is great! Prices are fair and there is a price-point for any budget. The manager is rude. No hello no thank you. I buy a cartoon of cigarettes a week but I won't buy it there anymore.

This is a nice cigar lounge with a great selection and reasonable prices. However, it has one very large problem and that's Jason, the manager/salesman. His manner of speaking is abrupt and curt, and he never smiles; instead he's always scowling. He is a large man and he has a very intimidating manner. He sometimes acts threatening, just standing over you and staring, not saying anything. This guy clearly has some personality problem. I won't be back. In a time when cigar shops have to compete with the internet, having a representative like this out front is a clear liability. read more

I love this place! Largest humidor in Maine which is a break plus in a small town. I literally came here everyday for two weeks. I love the staff and they have some great regulars that come to the lounge. Pricing is fair and right in the middle and the selection is great. I believe they have 400 facings so be prepared to have a grand time. read more

My husband and i are local musicians we stop by this shop because the lady at the cigarette shopper had recommended us. When we went in the guy working was completely and utterly rude 100% asshole. We had asked him a question about one of his products he just stared at his computer,answered with one word responses I could not believe how rude this man was. The only place in Bangor, You can sit and in enjoy a Cigar. The largest humidors in Maine. A Great selection of cigars to pick from. The regulars awesome , stuff good . Maine has a no smoke / alcoholic law , so no drinking at the lounge. I gave it 4 star do to its sometimes it to Smoky in there. My comment would be investment in bigger better Smoke filters . Nice cigar lounge, only one that I know of near Bangor. It has all of the standard brands and seating for 12. Very large walk in humidor and a large TV. Prices are acceptable due to the comfortable seating and atmosphere. read more

Great selection of premium cigars. Nice walk-in humidor. Staff very helpful, not pushy or hovering. Tried the Rocky Patel Fifty-Five and really enjoyed. Dog friendly as well. Inside smoking area clean and not overly smokey. Very good find, recommend. read more

Visited this lounge/cigar shop for a couple of weeks while temporarily working in Bangor. Frank and Barry ,the owners, are very friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to tend to customers in the humidor and keep it spotless. Impeccably clean lounge with newer leather recliners and sofas for about 10 people, HDTV big screen TV with cable, well stocked and neatly organized humidor {from smaller lines like Crowned Heads and Oscar Valladeres Leafs, to a great selection of larger brands like Padron (even the rare 50 year Family Reserve Maduros) Ashton VSG and ESG's; Illusiones, Fuente, Camacho, San Lotano, My Father, Tatuaje, Patel, Oliva, Monte's, etc.} I was surprised to use the restroom here and see a great selection of colognes too! They thought of every detail. For the non-cigar smokers, they have a great pipe selection and huge stock of pipe tobaccos. Although the town is small and not much in options for cigar smoking, this place is definitely worth checking out if in the area. read more
