Then he told me no outside cigars allowed after I been in there for 15 minutes and ben inside the lounge and everything. So that is when I went into the humidor to look for a cigat to smoke. 10 more minutes has past and he still has not made my coffee. Me and friend has decided to leave. Ecause we felt like this guy was pressuring us into joining a membership. Moral of the story "Don't trest non Members like aliens, and pressure them into joining your place with a membership"

Group hanging out in the front lounge smoking, several customers in the cigar area. There is a husband and wife couple looking at the cigars and the wife had smelled the tobacco leaves on two cigars that I could see. Showed her husband one and honestly was a really nice moment to see them both so excited about the cigars. Then an employee opens the door and says "Please never smell the cigar like that. I cannot sell cigars that have been smelled like that. Then proceeds to put it back in the case. He was rude, spoke down to the woman the entire time and the woman kindly diffused the situation by saying "Okay and thank you" she then told her husband she was going to leave and wait in the car. I then made my selection and walked into the lounge area to check out. The husband was in front of me and the employee was just sitting in the lounge with the other customers complaining about the woman (husband right there checking out with the other cashier... the other cashier has ALWAYS been kind, considerate, knowledgeable and hospitable and was this time as well. We all just tried to ignore the other employee's comments but it was honestly not possible. He complained about customers, how he had gotten other reviews from customers saying he was rude but that there was no way it was his fault. Just hurt to hear. Sure you can run a business and be rude and complain to customers about customers and we can choose to shop there or not. It's just sad that this is the only rude employee I have ever come across here so everyone else wins our business and this guy just creates a sour experience for everyone else. I hope he is able to be kind, humble, hospitable and kind in how he engages moving forward. Three stars because everyone else is amazing... without them this would have been a one star

The environment is relaxing and classy, and it was the perfect place for a night out. Customer Service: Always top-notch! Brittney, our server, was always present and was able to help me choose the perfect drink that matched what I desired. I wanted a Whiskey Sour, and because they did not have that on the menu, she suggested the Smoked Rosemary Blackberry Bourbon Sour. She was spot on; it was delicious, and it was my first time to have a smoked drink. It was different, and every drop was enjoyed. Our entertainment for the evening was Clover the Violinist. I'd definitely come back again later in the evening to see what the vibe is like later at night, as I've heard that they have a DJ during late night.
