Fantastic cigar shop, They carry a variety of sought after boutique cigar brands that are hard to find at other shops. The owner and staff are very courteous and welcoming. The prices are fair and the lounge (should you choose to smoke there) has been full of friendly, down to earth people on the occasions that I was able to visit. This shop is absolutely fabulous! If you are looking for boutique cigars... this is your shop! I go there every March and spend the weekend in the DFW area... and I always come and hang at the UG (underground). This shop is very female friendly, you can stop in once and when you come back you are welcomed with open arms! Now when you pull up to the shop don't expect this huge extravagant place... the UG is a small hole in the wall for lack of a better phrase.... but it's homie and clean! Aside from the amazing customer service and friendly patrons, dooming business with them online is just as amazing! They ship the cigars the next day and they are on your door step in 3days... weather permitting and of course if the Post office doesn't lose it... Be sure to check this place out! read more

This is not your "cookie cutter" cigar shop, a very unique boutique shop with so many brands that I don't see in Pittsburgh. The Underground is awesome! As for the humi... it's small, but everything there is really good stuff and most of it is boutique. If you are looking for "hit or miss mass produced average at best" this isn't the place for you. Everything is priced fair and also they run all kinds of cool deals on the newer & hotter stuff! The lounge atmosphere is welcoming and everyone there is friendly. If you are uptight or think you are better that other people stay at home, this place has a cult following of true "brothers of the leaf" and if you are a friendly person who just wants to hang out and smoke you will fit right in. The owner, staff, and groupies are all helpful and kind - Plan to stay a while, and once you do you will probably be calling it your cigar lounge in no time! read more

Had the chance to check out this boutique shop over the weekend. While I agree with some that the selection is limited, the sticks they stock are top notch boutique cigars that will help you expand your tastes while supporter fantastic small batch manufacturers. The patrons and staff are knowledgeable, a ton of fun, and make you feel like family. They run great events and have a great atmosphere. First time in a boutique cigar shop and it was great. What impressed was the knowledge of the owner and the quality of the cigars. Also everyone was friendly and it is a comfortable environment. Try the yellow rose cigar. Every cigar I purchased exceeded my expectations in the quality of the cigar, smoothness in smoke, and evenness of the burn and ash.
