The first time I went into this store I bought a coil for a vape pen. Went I got home I discovered that it didn't work. Didn't return it due to lack of time. During that visit his customer service was not so great, but knowing I needed the coil I still purchased from that store. Second time I visited it was with a friend and the man helping was also very rude, smirked a lot when answering our questions and overall his demeanor was rude and he talked in a way that puts people down. Third time visiting I went to buy another coil, this time he told them they were discontinued and I questioned him because I could clearly see the coils on the glass cabinets. He smirked and took a few stares at me, he then begun to explain that I didn't know what I was talking about and begun to draw the shape and elements of my pen. At that point I said "thank you" and I started to walk away because that same person had helped me the 1st and the 2nd time. Feeling down and belittled I started to walk out and as I seen another customer walk in, I told the cashier "you shouldn't treat your customers like they are stupid" clearly I knew what I needed for my pen, but clearly he perhaps had a bad day and decided not to help. As am walking out I say "you shouldn't treat your customers like they're stupid" and he processed to yelling a few times "shut up, get out" I then turned around and processed back to try and talk to him and make him understand that his customer service was bad and give a suggestions, at that point I felt down and angry at the way I've been treated for no reason. As I am approaching the front counter he grabs a pen and proceeds to make a stabbing motion as if he is going to use that pen as a weapon. He keeps yelling while the other customer is still in the store. He then proceeds to grab a black baton and threatened to hit me with it while trying to forcefully push me out the store. This experience has been heartbreaking. Respect your customers, they are the ones that allow you to take food and a paycheck home. Respect women, if it weren't for a woman; you wouldn't be alive. Imagine if someone did that to you wife ? What would you do and or feel? This cashier is always smirking at customers and looking at them as if they are incompetent. His customer service is poorly. I felt threatened and I have filed a police report. I never laid my hands on him for him to use a weapon against me! Customers should not be treated this way. read more

Items don't have prices on them and they size you up to see how much they can rip you off. Place is a total rip off and they give dirty looks, no friendly customer service. I will never go back. read more
