To sum it up, if you can even get them to help you, they will talk down to you and try to get you out of there as quickly as possible, in the least helpful way possible. The manager refused to accept my return of a leaking cartridge I didn't even use. I just walked out to check if it was leaking because it's happened before and it was leaking so walked back in within a minute to exchange for one that wasn't leaking and she refused the exchange. Every exchange/return I've ever done here has been very easy and simple but this girl made it such a bad experience.
