And about 100% of the time I'm in the area I'm there to eat. But I happened upon Trichome with a friend the other day and my life is forever changed. Not just because of this store, but because places like this exist there. Truly though, this was the coolest store we popped into that day. So much to look at! There's clothing, there's art, there are gift items, jewelry, and more. In fact, you can't get 2 feet into the space without noticing the kick ass, fully functioning arcade games by the door! They host events often (like nail art parties, art walk events, and glass testing shindigs). There's an upper level perfect for a DJ - and more shopping! And really it's just an awesome place for folks to hang out and buy one-of-a-kind, unique items. And while I'm a bit of a n00b when it comes to 420 culture, they have lots of things you can buy where Adam Sandler would say, "you can put your weed in there."

He stated what it was and set an unboxed bottle of it onto the counter. After my debit card went through, he handed me the same unboxed bottle. Suspicious about its authenticity, I asked him why it didn't come in its original packaging. He stated that it didn't come with a box, then proceeded to take a likely authentic bottle of it off the shelf, took it out of its packaging, and tried to give me just the box. I was in a hurry so said whatever and left.  When I tried the product, it had very little flavor and tasted off. After careful examination I noticed that the barcode on the bottle was blurry and not crisp like a barcode should be. I went back in to confront him about it and he asked me why I thought the product was unauthentic. I showed him the blurry barcode which prompted him to take an authentic bottle of it off the shelf to compare the two. The authentic bottle's barcode was clear and sharp, yet he continued to play dumb and ask why the company would sell him an unauthentic product. Anyway, he refused to refund my purchase. I've attached photos so you can see for yourself. The blurry barcode on the left is the bottle he sold me, and an authentic bottle with a crisp barcode is on the right. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to shop here.

They advertised one item at 40% off, so we stocked up. Then the reciept charged me 15% off instead. I went back to the store, where they were giggling at me the entire time, and the dude behind the counter calculated my discount, at 40% off, or -19.20 a piece, for a total of $38 back. Instead, they gave me $24. I counted my money in my car and realized they still owed me money. I went back in, and the dude told me that a) he wasn't even supposed to help me, but did anyway, so I should be grateful for anything i get (wow, thanks) 2) he wouldn't help me because he "can't even with me" 3) that I should never come back 4) then he gaslit me to my face about them giggling at me. Kudos to you for mocking an old man. Great job there. Bottom line: At this point, I am stupid for continuing to return here and give these people a chance. Don't be stupid like me. There are plenty of options nearby. I have never had an experience like this at REEF, or the Bakeree. If Seattle Cannabis Co. advertises a price at the site and the discount seems "too good to be true," then theyre ripping you off. And when they do, don't go to the store for help, because they'll just gasface you and take your money. When I asked how they got to the final total, the seller said it included tax and then also mentioned a "credit card fee," which was never clearly explained before I paid. But even after adding the tax AND the credit card fee, the total still doesn't come anywhere close to $70. I calculated it myself and it should've been around $55. So I asked the seller to show me exactly how they calculated the $70 charge, and she couldn't. That's the part I really don't understand -- saying "there's tax" doesn't explain the difference when the numbers still don't add up even with tax included. Once I realized something was wrong, I asked to return the vapes, but they simply told me no returns. I still have no idea what I was actually charged extra for. Left feeling like I got scammed. Really disappointing experience.
