It's Saturday 3/30 @ 7:49pm (I don't know the guys name Who was working but he had this shift) and I just got treated like absolute sh*t here and this will definitely be my last time here. I recommend you stay away unless you like being talked down to while trying to spend money at a store that is open for business - my mistake for thinking it was ok to buy stuff.... My friend and I bought like $100 worth of stuff total and When we asked about the vapes and what the flavors meant he just kept Saying "idk" (while playing some stupid horse game on his phone with the sound on the whole time) and then we had to ask prices bc they're not posted anywhere and he starts huffing and puffing like it's some massive inconvenience for him to do his job. Then I'm standing there holding out my card out for 15 seconds to pay cuz he's STILL looking down at his game and then when I was like "do I give it to you or...." He says "yea just waiting on you!" Like actually dude I'm waiting on you. He told me to try my Vapes before I left and one of them called creamy candy tasted like vinegar so I was like "hey if Ever asks you about this one-" I was gonna say don't recommend it but he cut me off and said "I'm really not trying to talk right now ok?" I was like I'm sorry I thought that was your job??? And he actually said " yea well I just lost 2 months worth of my game bc I was.... Busy. So I'm not trying to talk!" I'm guessing he was gonna say cuz I was helping you but they both are equally ridiculous. I was like wow man you're At work right now and you're seriously more worried about some dumb ass game than doing the BARE MINIMUM that your job requires and even then you still can't do it without being a d*ck. I told him he was a real piece of sh*t and walked out . He never even looked up from his game. I've had a really bad week and being treated like dog sh*t for inconveniencing this guy and having the nerve to come shop at this store was really the last thing I needed. I feel so disrespected and We even tried apologizing for asking questions too so it's not like we were rude. I'm hoping he's not the owner but if he is that's pathetic. If he's NOT do yourself a favor and fire this a**hole bc he doesn't care about anything but his game on his phone damn sure not about making you money. What a pathetic loser. I'm literally shaking right now I'm so pissed off. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVER THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS OR YOUR MONEY!!! Oh and he just threw my glass piece in a bag upside down with no wrapping nor anything.

Georgetown shop is awful. You have a different cashier every other day. Also each employee always gives a different price then previous day. So far the one who taxes the most will be Olivia. She needs to be retrained. Also if you have a price sticker on an item and then say " oh that's not the price" that is misleading. PLEASE UPDATE ITEMS WITH STICKER PRICING AS CASHIERS TEND TO UPCHARGE. read more

I am using a walker and even though the there is a ramp in I can't really get up and down and both times I went there the budtender came down to take care of my order with smiles and talking it was surprising and very enjoyable didn't want to leave thank you staff you are wonderful read more

They had a mediocre selection, but what really made me upset was that the young cashier denied me from using my coupon that was on yelp for 20% glass and hookahs. And this particular coupon was on yelp for 3 weeks prior to me trying to use this coupon. read more

I always find my favorite juices here. They have been out of stock of a bunch of stuff, but supposedly they're doing a remodel/revamp which should hopefully fix this issue. Some of the people that work there are super dinged.. and then others super knowledgeable and helpful. Real sticklers about not taking returns for refund/exchanges.. but I think that's pretty standard with smoke shops. And good, reasonable prices. read more

Buyer beware: I was a loyal customer until last month! Now I buy a new smok high end vape about every other month! I do so because I'm always losing mine. This last time I purchased a 75.00 smok but again they didn't have batteries for it so I purchased it anyway went to another vape shop and bought batteries. Well it didn't work I went directly back. Couldn't get a refund. Told they would call me when they get another one in after waiting 3 weeks without a call I went in I asked for an exchange of another at same price. The women who said she was the owner wouldn't exchange it refund but would be more than happy to sell me another don't waste your time going in unless you want to be ripped off! read more

I visited these gents yesterday. Hassan is the man! EXCELLENT selection! So happy they carry Fumari brand shisha. A variety of hookah and lots of "water bongs." I come for the hookah though. They have the most diverse hookah coal selection in Seattle. They also have the widest hookah hose selection. Due to a law in WA state, you can't buy shisha online. We really have to rely on local stores with business licenses like Hassan's. Glad I came here and will come back again. read more

this is the cheapest place in town i have found with a friendly atmoshpere!!! "little moussa" is friendly an knowkedgable with the entire stock. i have and will contunue recomending this store for all your smoking needs. $2 cheaper than 7- on a pack of smokes. 1/4 of the price on head shop items. thanks little moussa you rock read more

Where do I start? The owner Hassan is first of all, HILARIOUS. Not only is he hilarious, but he is extremely kind to every single customer that enters his store. They definitely have the biggest, and best selection for anything hookah related that I have come across in Seattle. Open late, great prices, and if nothing else, always a good laugh. Definitely the best hookah store in Seattle, you won't be let down. read more

Right off of Ranier, very easy to locate and available parking. Came in around 10:30p. Love that they are open late as I work late. Ashley and Hassahn were very welcoming, knowledgable and had great customer service. The store itself is clean and has many different products. I recommend this you make this your home store off south ranier. read more

Subsequently, I lost some interest since I don't live nearby. While I was in Ballard on a recent Sunday, I rushed to the market to see if it was still open. Officially, it was not; they closed at 2pm. But they were still packing up. I believe they are not allowed to sell after the official closing time; I asked one vendor, they declined. The staff wants the streets to reopen as soon as possible. As I walked the two blocks, several vendors still have some items on display on their tables. With a bit of wink, wink, accidentally dropping cash on the table and accidentally taking things off the table, I walked away with goodies. I won't say what I bought to avoid anyone getting into trouble. Street parking was easy enough nearby on a Sunday.

Of all the smoke shops in Seattle, this one is definitely in the top ten as far as price, convenience, location, and customer service. The gentlemen that work here are all professional tobacconists with regard to shisha and other pleasurable, leisurely smoking related activities. Through them I have purchased a fine glass water pipe for an excellent price. There's a little room to haggle with these guys which, in and of itself is a fun activity. They really want customers for life and one can instantly tell that by the calm, knowledgeable demeanor of their staff. No topic is sacred as far as tobacco or shisha are concerned...ask away and you will have a pleasant conversation. Also, their knife selection is reasonably priced and full of unique little treasures. Bought a cute kerambit for my girl there...she uses it to peel apples. This place is amazing and very full of all kinds of nicotine needs for everyone. It's pretty much a one stop shop! From puff bars to flums, and all new kinds of new disposable vapes. They also have vape mods, tanks, batteries etc you name it. But this shop wouldn't be great with out their most amazing employee (Demonte)! He is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. He greets you once you walk in and makes you smile and laugh. He is honest with his options about some products if you ask for it. But overall he is such a great employee and Golden Smoke House is very lucky to have him. I went to this store because I heard they had the cheapest cigarettes in Seattle and boy oh boy I found out they have everything in there at a unbelievable price and the owner,manager and employees are awesome so down to earth and treat you like they have known you forever it was a wonderful experience I would recommend this shop for everyone the customer service is amazing and the store is unlike any smoke shop I have seen in Washington state to find a store like this you would have to be in California or the east coast or mid west read more

The customer service at this store is beyond excellent.I was looking for a particular part for ny pen which I couldn't find anywhere else either. Probably went to 30+ shops. The owner there did all I could each time to make the pen work temporaily until he finds solutions. Although wr were never able to find the replacement, I bought a new pen from fron abd it works like a cham. The guys even gave me discount after doing all of that for me. I love the new selection of merchandise. I've been looking for cartel papers a large selection of high end bongs like they carry. I called the shop and they said they had premium ejuice and when I get there after a 35 minute drive I walk in and he's got cheap ejuice I know my premium ejuice so I just walked out the door so thank you for having me waste my gas and my time read more

This place was Lit . Came here for a torch and butane. The guy hooked it up. Took his time to show me all their items and even gave me a free soda and my 3 friends for free. Great customer service made me feel good. Definitely be back! read more
