I originally went in to purchase cigarettes and rolling papers. While I was there, the clerk offered me pre-rolls. I purchased them for approximately $15 plus tax. I was concerned because this appeared to be a smoke shop rather than a licensed cannabis dispensary, and I had questions about whether the cannabis product was legally sourced, properly tested, and being sold under the appropriate license. I am also posting a photo of the packaging because I believe consumers should be able to see exactly what was being sold to me. I noticed a number of very young-looking customers coming into the store during my visit. I cannot verify anyone's age, so I am not claiming that the store sold cannabis to minors. However, seeing so many young-looking customers while cannabis products were being offered for sale raised concerns for me about age verification and compliance. I'm not posting this review to make accusations that I cannot prove. I'm asking for transparency and for the appropriate authorities to determine whether cannabis products are being legally sold at this location. I have submitted information to the California Department of Cannabis Control and would encourage consumers to verify that cannabis products come from licensed retailers and have the required testing and labeling. I don't want other customers purchasing products without knowing exactly what they're getting or whether the products have received the safety testing required under California law.
