Horrible customer service here. I purchased a product and upon opening I discovered that it was not properly sealed and was open, appearing to me as if it was old and exposed to air. I purchased vape juice. You are suppose to push down to unscrew the top to display a squeeze type tip top. Normally, you would hear a plastic seal crunch apart indicating that it was factory sealed, this time it just spun and spun. once I had the top off the squeeze tip top was un-attached to the bottle and stuck up in the lid. I immediately returned to the store. (I had not even left the shopping center) I pointed out what I just previously described and she said "that usually doesn't happen" and there is no way she would be able to sell it again. I noted that I, personally, have never seen such a thing either and it indeed should NOT be sold again because, as I said to her "I could not trust it". I asked if there is a way I could swap it out to which she replied no. I offered if I could purchase a different brand (that was also more expensive due to the minimal choices) and that I would gladly pay the difference. I was turned down, I was still persistent to which she said she would need to phone someone, and ended up still being turned away. It wasn't until I mentioned making this post that I was given such the offer- I could purchase a WHOLE BRAND NEW ONE and would be given a "free" bottle, worth all of 1.99. Mind you this purchase that I made was for 14.99 plus tax. Needless to say I left very displeased and having to dispose of the original purchased product, losing not only 14.99 but taking my business elsewhere to spend more money to replace said product. read more
