I came to smoke chalet and bought the nicest battery that they have. The Man behind the counter suggested it because it can alter its temperature and he gets good use out of his. It was $30 which is a lot for a battery. But he swore by it so I made the move and bought it after he offered a discounted charger. It was weird that the charger didn't come with it but oh well. So I bought the battery but realized it wasn't full of charge. Whatever, since the charger was included I wasn't upset. However after I charged it overnight THE VERY FIRST NIGHT I BOUGHT IT. The next morning, the battery's end, the spot where it connects to the charger, had broken off. I was furious that this happened, especially on the first charge. I tried to take the battery piece back the next morning. A man and women were behind the counter and studied the pen for a good ten minutes before coming to the conclusion that it was my fault. What the heck? I just charged it and took it off the charger. Not rocket science here. Anyway they wouldn't accept the return and offered me another of the same battery for 50% off. Heck no.
