I checked out several local cigar shops and decided to go with Cigar Mas Fino. First- the place is always packed with folks enjoying their cigars. Second- they have a wide selection- I'm not a cigar pro and know very little but- they seemed to have a selection of quality cigars. Mike helped me with a decent selection of cigars- he created a custom variety for me based off some brands that were suggested and the group dynamic. He was very knowledgeable- when the guys saw the cigar bar at the party, they were very impressed with the selection. Honestly, Mike did a great job, the quality and quantity with the personal care was well worth the cost. They offer inexpensive to very expensive cigars and carry well known brands. The cigar bar was at hit. Mike even threw in a cigar box to carry them in, that we used as decoration on the actual bar. If you're new to cigars- they add little humidifier packets that help keep your cigars fresh and humidified so they don't lose their quality. Really happy with my experience. Literally had no knowledge of cigars when I walked in and was not made to feel out of place like I had been in at least one other local shop. I've already gone back for gifts. This is my go-to cigar shop from now on. Thank you Mike and all your staff, everyone has always been really friendly, welcoming and helpful.

They're all probably the best of friends or family. How unfortunate. So I did love this place for its inventory and atmosphere BUT whoever the Asian lady is that works here is the most unpleasant person I've ever met behind the counter at a tobacco shop. She was very snappy, irritated, and short with me in her responses. I tried to be friendly and just ask, "so how's your day going?" She snapped with a quick, "fine." Then when I asked about cutters, her body language and expression emphasized just how irritated she was that I was even talking. At checkout she made it very apparent that I was inconveniencing her. Pretty bad experience. Yesterday bought a puff bar and hyppe bar from there and shortly after leaving verified the product legitimacy online. They have stickers on the back with codes you scratch off and go to company website to make sure the product is NOT FAKE! So both products I bought were FAKE! I went back that day and worker said come back tomorrow cuz owner will be in. I came in next day and owner wasn't there and the worker was so rude to me and my friend. He wouldn't call the owner for us, he was yelling at us as if we did something wrong, he seemed to not care at all. After he got done yelling at us for how we were wrong for asking him for refund or money back? Even Though the vape company's can sue a smoke shop for selling their fake products cuz it's illegal to sell fakes! On top of all of this I then proceeded to try and make a purchase even after how horribly I was treated and all of a sudden he says they now are closed. They close at 7 tonight l, even though it was only 6:45, and on google it says 8:00pm and was there night before till 8:00pm. So he literally was just so mad about us asking about the fake products he wouldn't let us buy anything and lied and said he had to start closing.. if he was closing he would have said that right when we walked in not after he tried telling us how wrong we were for tying to get to the bottom of his fake products he is selling!!! He said name is JACK, I am pretty sure he lied about his name though.
