Stopped in after the Red River Game in Dallas. My Sooners took a loss but I still won once I got my after game smoke and drink. First timer at CI and was by far the best humidor I have ever been in. I tried a Liga Privada 9 and it hit the spot. Drinks were affordable and we had a great experience. Whenever I'm in Frisco I will try to go back and do it all over again. Highly recommend even if you don't partake in the leaf. The Bar was fast, service was great and it was good night. read more

Had a great time at a group outing. I was in town for a conference and after the first day we went to a group social event. Took a bus to get there so I don't know how the parking situation would be. Didn't look like many spaces were available if you drive. Inside was pretty spacious with a full service bar and a cigar shop. There was also additional seating outside. I am no cigar aficionado but I still had a good time there. In the cigar shop portion the associates were very helpful in recommending a cigar for me to try. I don't believe they serve food because the group I came with brought in outside food. Prices for drinks were about average for any bar. I only ordered a beer. We had several tables reserved so we didn't have issues finding seating but it got extremely crowded so if you come during peak hours it may be standing room only. After a while service was slower once it got crowded as well so make sure you are patient. Be prepared to smell like smoke when you leave because you are allowed to smoke inside and outside. read more

The customer service from the servers is horrible! One in particular (Tasha) comes in around the evening and sits down while customers are needing drinks. Her attitude is horrible and as a business owner myself, if o e of my employees treated a customer like that I would terminate them on the spot. She is too busy mingling instead of taking care of the customers and this is why hardly anyone wants to patron this establishment. Cigars International is a spacious 6,000 + square foot cigar lounge located in The Colony. They have over 1,300 cigar brands for purchase. CI has a fully stocked bar, free wifi, usb charging stations and lots of flat screen tv's. They don't have a kitchen, but you are allowed to bring food with you or have something delivered. I'm not a huge cigar smoker, but I do enjoy the chill vibe. Everyone from the staff to the patrons are always friendly. They recently remodeled and basically removed the "lounge" atmosphere. They moved all of the comfortable leather lounge chairs to the wall, which places them under the televisions. This makes relaxing with a cigar and watching a ball game an uncomfortable experience. The new setup is clearly focused on the bar's alcohol sales and not cigars. I'll have to find somewhere else to enjoy my stogies. It was nice while it lasted. read more

VERY SMOKY!! Even with the doors and windows open, it was unbearable and I smoke. lol They need to invest in a better ventilation system. It was a huge crowd, great DJ, good drinks, perfect venue, just too smoky. Went for a girls night and this was the end of the night event. I have been here a few times and the best way to describe this place is "a cigar lounge on steroids". That said, for as big as this place is, it still has a small cigar lounge feel to it. They have a very large walk-in humidor which results in quite the variety of cigars to choose from. Even nicer is the fact the cashiers are located inside the humidor which allows one to choose and pay before leaving the humidity-controlled environment. The staff in here is always friendly and very knowledgeable of their inventory. Once your purchase is completed, step back into the lounge area which is equipped with lots of TVs (think sports bar), leather chairs/couches, along with a fully stocked bar with bartenders. In addition to the amazing indoor seating area, there is a large patio with a decent selection of seating. On my most recent visit, I met a friend there and we chose to sit at the bar and enjoy our cigars. In addition to there being a couple TVs directly in front of us showing different games, the bartenders were friendly which contributed to the great time we had. Also, they have an awesome ventilation system!! Considering how large the lounge is, it never seemed smoky or hazy in there. Lastly, they have a large private lot which makes parking super easy. This is always a favorite and for sure stop when I get up towards The Colony. They have a huge humidor, if I recall they mentioned it as 2000 sqft, part of that must be the storage area as well, as I'd say the customer area of the humidor is closer to 1400 sqft, way larger than any other cigar shop I've been too, even in Little Havana in Miami. This location as well as the other in Ft Worth has indoor seating and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating area has several fire pits and tables, perfect for winter sitting. There is also a full bar that serves drinks and beers. The local restaurants that surround the location will bring food to CI, so you can dine while at CI rather than have to leave to eat than return to smoke your cigars. The cigar selection is decent (not the best but better than most) and they allow dogs on the patio. Come in on a weekend afternoon and everything is fine. Come in weekdays after 5 and good luck getting a comfortable seat or half the time getting a drink. Weekend nights forget about it, it's a dance club with horrible music. I smoke cigars to relax and this is not the pace at night. It gets stuffy, loud and smoky and everyone is yelling. There used to be a nice patio with a fire pit but it's been torn down to make room for another bar to serve more drinks inside. I hate to say this but sometimes I feel ignored because I'm white unlike the majority of the clientele and I'm in here 2 or 3 times per week because I live so close. As I've typed this I've been here an hour and had to go to the bar to ask for a drink. Someone just walked in to my right and got a high five and immediate service. WTF? read more

I am not a smoker whatsoever but I've been coming to CI on and off for almost a year with 2 of my coworkers and I honestly enjoy the atmosphere. I prefer visiting in the winter time because the outdoor patio is a vibe. I enjoy sitting out on the patio due to not wanting my clothes to be consumed with the smoke smell but I know that comes with the territory. CI is a really great place to chill out, meet new people and form great connections. All walks of life are at CI, they always have something going on whether it be Tuesday night speed dating, Greek life meet ups, people watching or just watching sports with the crew. If you aren't comfortable with crowds, I would recommend coming in the day time but leaving at around 6pm because this place is jumping at night! read more

I only purchased cigars but did not stay. I'm not good at square feet, but the walk in humidor is the size of a small mini market on it's own. Very broad selection, so it's a great place to buy a bunch of singles to try. The humidity level could have been higher, so next time will by one of the humidification packs to put in the bag until I get home. I live in another state. The bar and smoking area was packed for basketball playoffs, The cool thing I've never seen anywhere else was the 'Cut, light, enjoy' rack, with a self service cutters and lighters was handy for a place this size. They have most every limited cigar you could want from OpusX, Padron and even the La Palina "Goldie" of which only 2500 boxes were made a year exclusively by Ms Goldiewho passed away at the beginning of 2019. However, if you're looking for a great smoke that doesn't require a line of credit then the box press New World from AJ Fernandez can't be beat or the Fuente 858. The layout is spacious with nice leather couches indoors and lots of outdoor seating. The ventilation is incredible as the smoke clear almost instantly even in the most crowded events. There's a full bar and the ladies are quick to take your order and make sure you're set up. The have some great bourbons from Blantons and Eagle Rare along with sipping tequilas and rums, and even some craft beer. The drinks can be stiff at $9-15 a pour, but you get what you pay for. Cons: I tried to host an event here and couldn't get a call back after 3-4 attempts and had to take our group of 12 elsewhere. Also, there's no food on site, BUT CI is surrounded by incredible restaurants and they are glad to let you bring it in or even help you get some delivered. All in all, I'm a huge fan and will definitely be back when given the opportunity. read more

Tried to stop by here on the way home with my kids to pick up some tobacco. Didn't realize you have to be over 21 to enter, even when accompanied by an adult. No big deal, except for the obese fellow who "greeted" me at the door with no greeting other than a shaking of the head in disapproval. To which I had to ask, "Huh?" That's when he informed me of the policy saying only, "No one under 21 allowed in the building." I asked for clarification, got a cold response. Dude, work on your personal skills. The smell in an enclosed space gets to me but the cigar shopping area in enclosed and doesnt smell as strongly as the large bar/seating area. Lots of TV's.
