Every body has there own experience, I ran into some problems at this shop, they use knock off products and low cost brands witch explains why it's cheaper. They also saw me return for a second day and knew I wasn't coming back to purchase something again, and gave me a very unhelpful atmosphere that pushed me out the door instantly. They didn't evan wanna see if there was another attachment or give me any input on anything else related to the topic on how I could find what I was looking for or Evan explain a replacement I could use, they just said they didn't have anything and stood and stared at me. We've all ran into this miscommunication type conversations before, but being a very recognizable client it felt different. Nobody wanted to help or acknowledge me once I walked in with my (POS) item. We tend to use smoke shops very commonly, I had been a customer there for about a year n a half. I recommend going to multiple shops for quotes and ideas on brands for the specific item, do some personal research online, and if you go to this place and you feel like your being forced to by something don't because you will just spend more money buying that item and having to replace it with a better version. I came in with a female friend last night, immediately the 2 guys working there started to act Macho/ aggressive with me, I asked about pricing, then the tall guy with tats gets mad when I told him I pay for for it cheaper somewhere else and he said well go there and buy it we don't give discounts, I asked him why he was being passive aggressive with me since we walked in after that the short guy with dreads said he is passive aggressive too and proceeds to come towards me like he wanted to fight. AWFUL! I went in for the first time today. I tell the person working I need a new vape pen and I tell them exactly what I want. It needs to be compatible with a cartridge, it needs to have a button, and I'd like it to be less than $50. They sell me one, I leave. I get in my car and open it up and notice immediately that it doesn't work with a cartridge. I go right back in, not even 10 minutes after purchasing It. She apologizes and is about to exchange it for something cartridge compatible, but she needs to call her boss to get permission. Apparently they say no and there's nothing that can be done and won't let her exchange it for me. I walk out. I walk back in and ask if I can speak with the manager, they call him and before the employee can even say why they're calling his boss hangs up on him. They tell me the manager is going to be back later. I call an hour later and ask to speak with the manager and he won't even take my call!!! He makes his employee tell me there's nothing they can do. So I was sold the wrong thing by them, and they refuse to exchange it or fix the mistake. I'm not even asking for a refund! I'm asking for an exchange to fix the salesperson mistake. This place is run horribly. They fired people that knew what they were talking about to hire a couple of poser kids who BLARE heavy metal and will tell you all about all the celebrities their mothers have boned. Super rude and uncaring with no regard for others with their words or actions. Put in a specific order request for a bulk amount of the mango juul pods well before they went illegal and they got super irritated and unprofessional with me on my SECOND CALL saying I need to stop calling there, that they will contact me as soon as they could because they were busy. Went in because the glass broke on my tank and they didn't have a replacement in the size I needed. I didn't bring the box with my glass-less tank so I was told they didn't have that tank in stock. I opted to buy a new mod at the suggestion of the employee since it was around the same price as the tank ($40 smok t-storm). I bought the display since it was all they had in the color I wanted, get back to work and there's no tank in the box. How did you not notice a missing tank NOT in the box when you're putting the mod in there to sell! Drive back up with the mod I had bought less than an hour before that I obviously couldn't have used without all of the parts AND the box for my original tank I was replacing and poof, after a call to a coworker there's a tank that fits for $50. I don't mind paying a $10 difference, I haven't been able to vape all day. I get rung up for the full price of $50 for the tank. Apparently their manager has a "really strict return policy" so now I just spent over $100 on a mod I didn't need but bought for the tank it was supposed to have, a $50 tank I needed and could've bought in the first place, and a bottle of juice that didn't get filled all the way. In defense of the juice not being full, I did say that was fine. No call to a manager to see if anything could be done to fix the employee's multiple mistakes, just a "yah sorry about that, he's like, super strict." Have been going there for a while now, but not after today and will make sure to let my peeps know to go elsewhere as well. I had the displeasure of going home with an $85 e-cig setup Thursday of this week that needed a battery that cost $11.99. I was not told about a battery being needed at that price. I would have asked about other e-cig setups with an actual battery included for a lower price below $85 which was a treat for me actually to spend on myself. To top it all off I had to go back today to find out I would need to spend an additional $11.99 that I do not have right now all because of some ignorant young sales woman who couldn't tell me about a battery. This store is a rip-off and I will not be going back. In addition for my review I would like to state that I have a type 2 sprained ankle and I'm walking in a boot. So I had to go to the store twice because lack of product knowledge. This is why e cigs stores exist so customers aren't ripped off. Update: I went up there a 3rd time to get a battery and have some kind of resolvment. Maybe a refund or store credit, anything. Nothing was offered, just a sorry we messed up. I just had the best customer service experience here that I've ever had at a smoke shop. I asked to see a certain product which I was purchasing for a friend, of course. The girl who was helping me offered to get all the products of that type out so I could compare. She told me about the pros and cons of each, one of which was buy one get one free. Another one was comically large, which we both had a giggle over. I chose the pink one, but not because I'm female. She let me look at a few of them to make sure I chose the one with a particular feature to my liking. While ringing me up, she asked if I needed another product which complements the item I was purchasing, but I did not need it. I'm glad she thought to ask though, because I might forget I need that too some time in the future, which I'm sure has happened to other people. It was so enjoyable being helped by someone who obviously enjoys working here, and is familiar with the products, which is very helpful. I'll definitely drive out of my way to come here again rather than to a closer store.
