I love the sophistication and the comfy ness of the place. BUT I'm not sure I am a fan of some of the staff that just come sit next to you (never seen them smoke cigars) on the couches. If they were smoking it would be cool but maybe to sit at a distance. The worst part is that whenever i have been there the staff invites ladies over to have chatty and distracting conversations. If these ladies were smoking cigars than that's ok but even then for the employees to sit with them and shoot the breeze is just not cool. Typically I bring by my ear but Sa because the place can get noisy but the owners need to address this. It's not a hang out spot if you ding smoke and not cool if the ladies just bring a laptop and plop on the chairs and soon a group forms. Let's hope the owners read this and address it. Why not make a separate section for the employees so they can still watch the cash register and humidor? read more

We decided to sightsee off the Strip today and came upon the Cigarbox quite by accident, and what a great find it was. The lounge has such a nice atmosphere with a clubby feel. We settled in and watched the Cleveland-Boston game in their comfy leather chairs. Did I mention the customer service from the guys here is excellent! They have a great selection in their humidor, an intimate lounge in the back and a small conference room. At the bar, there's beer, wine and specialty liquors - scotch, whiskey, bourbon, cognac and a couple of rums and tequila. This is the most sanitary establishment in Vegas. The shop owner is constantly Lysol-ing every surface and is very attentive to the lounge. We were just driving down Dean Martin and unexpectedly came across the Cigarbox. We had a few minutes to kill, so we stopped on a whim. I have to say this place is a true find. It was a little bit unexpected, considering the neighborhood. It's nice. It's modern. It's clean. The employees are both knowledgeable and friendly. (Special shout-out to Jade). AND most importantly, the large humidor was well stocked with a better than average variety. Cigarbox is a little more than 10 miles from my house, but well worth the trip. This is THE spot for cigars and a drink in Vegas. There are legitimately only 4 staff members, and each and every one of them is a true cigar connoisseur. No attitudes, no egos, just really friendly, knowledgeable people that want you to have a good time. Seating is ample and comfortable, with plenty of co-working spaces. The people there are friendly and always helpful and they have a great selection of many of the higher end cigars that you don't see everywhere.
