We had an amazing experience at Montecristo Cigar Bar inside Caesars Palace! The atmosphere is classy, relaxing, and exactly what you want from a high-end cigar lounge in Las Vegas. Great selection of cigars, excellent drinks, and a beautiful setting to sit back and enjoy the evening. A special shout-out to our waitress Yanira -- she was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Her service really made our experience even better and made us feel very welcome. TLDR: all it takes is one employee to ruin a supposed premier experience, expensive prices don't help it either Well if your a cigar person you always hear about the "high end" lounges in Vegas. So when in Rome (Caesars Palace, pun intended) you try it out. Now I was expecting some high prices but good gravy it's expensive in here! And knowing what prices are outside of here (we not talking high end sticks) the markup is insane (ex: padron 2000 sells for 14-16 back home it's 65 DOLLARS here!!!!!!) So I find a couple of sticks I can stomach the price and after ringing out with the guy there that's where the customer service took a nose dive. On top of everything else it's kinda tight in here and while my best friend was trying to find somewhere for us to sit I was getting the sticks. I meet him at and he's telling me about all these reserved plaques for all of these open seats nobody is around. So while we're trying to figure it out this waitress shows up and he tells her we're trying to find a seat. Her only response was how many in your party. I explain to her about some seats right next to where we were standing: then she raises her voice and says the same thing: how many in your party. I say 2, she starts looking around not even motioning us to follow her but we assumed and we sit at these chairs. Now she leaves, again not saying anything to us and I notice there wasn't an ashtray at our table but there was one right next to us that nobody was sitting at. It's pretty common at a lounge to grab an ashtray if needed so as I'm grabbing it and putting it on our table here she comes with a ashtray and flatly says "honey you gonna have some patience" as she's sits the tray down and I put it back over. Now my best friend is getting hip to the attitude we're getting as she says I'll get you guys a drink menu.....I'm like I'm trying to figure out what we did to get this attitude. She comes back, takes our orders and somewhat promptly brings our drinks to us. Now my back is to the wall so I can see her going to everyone around us taking their orders and slightly cutting her eyes at us. She only came back once to ask if we wanted anything which at that point we said we're good. So a while later we're looking for her to come around so we can get the check, again she's floating around everywhere else to which I had to flag her down for our check, paid and got out of there. Ironically, we walk over to Paris Casino and they had a Montecristo Lounge there too: spacious got instantly greeted, same high prices but totally different vibe there. This has been a must-see for me for years whenever I'm in town, which is why last night's experience was so disappointing. Disclaimer: Brandon was amazing. Alexander, on the other hand, had by far the worst attitude I've ever experienced at the lounge. If September 8, 2026 had been my first time visiting, I honestly would never return. We arrived around midnight, and according to the website, the lounge was open until 1:00 AM. The waitress was already doing last call for guests in the lounge area, so we sat at the bar and attempted to order. Alexander turned us away. Thankfully, Brandon overheard the interaction and stepped in. He made us delicious cocktails, was incredibly personable, and completely changed the tone of the experience. Unfortunately, Alexander's attitude throughout the interaction was extremely off-putting. He literally stood there with his arms folded, staring at the patrons in a way that made it feel as though our presence was an inconvenience to him. There was no warmth, no hospitality, and honestly, just an overall air of annoyance toward the guests. It was the epitome of rude and completely unnecessary, especially in a hospitality setting. Thankfully, Brandon was there to salvage the experience. He was attentive, welcoming, and exactly what you would hope for when visiting a place like this. Thank you, Brandon. First time here. Nice lounge with TVs. HORRIBLE music. I mean bad. Whoever picks the music selection needs to be fired. Not only was it bad it was very loud. If you're going to play bad music turn it down. Decent cigars. Bathroom is way too dark can't see anything. Our waitress was Jenna. I like to give ppl the benefit of the doubt but not only was she very aloof she charged me $25 for a $17 drink and I had 2. She charged me the higher price and i didn't ask for the larger drink nor did she ask if I wanted it. She just charged me for them. Also i almost sent the first drink back didn't even taste like it had alcohol in it. The Strip is notorious for this type of behavior. Always check your bills before paying them. Nickel & dime is their motto. Will check out other lounges in the future instead. read more

We first visited Montecristo Cigar Lounge about a year ago and ended up coming back twice during our fall 2025 trip to Vegas. The drinks are definitely stiff for the price-- easy to finish because of the quality, so beware . We usually prefer sitting at the bar since bartenders often have more time to socialize than wait staff. In this case, though, during our visit (which was weekday and weekend) we were actually more content with the servers. The bartenders seemed focused on serving drinks and moving on to the next task, which may have been due to low coverage or staffing? The humidor is quite large, which is impressive and offers a wide variety of styles and brands. That said, it may also be why there were a fair number of dry cigars to sift through. Even after selecting carefully, we had to return two due to early unraveling. Ambiance-wise, the crowd was a nice mix--groups of men and women of various ages, all contributing to a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Large TVs in the front area and TVs through the venue. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we'll most likely return the next time we're in Vegas thanks to the accessibility and overall good energy of the place. read more

Montecristo Cigar Bar is located inside of Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. Our group was having dinner nearby and happened to feel captivated as we walked by. This cigar bar is a beautiful work of art. They are stunningly designed and had a fantastic variety of cigars. I don't normally smoke cigars but for some reason, I like to when the stars align. The prerequisites are usually drinking, gambling, and cool cigar buddies. The stars aligned. The Montecristo Cigar Bar has a state-of-the-art ventilation system, and their humidor has over 1000 cigar types to choose from. There is something for all cigar smokers, from affordable to bougie high end. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions or would like a recommendation. I told the gentlemen that I like the coffee tasting ones and he gave me some options to pick from with notes about each's subtle difference. I proceeded with the JAVA by Drew Estate ($30). You exit the humidor and pay with the cashier outside. They are able to cut it and light it for you if you'd like. You are allowed to smoke the cigars walking around, but just not at the tables. The three of us who got cigars all got the V cut and enjoyed ourselves. I really liked the JAVA. It was a tasty coffee tasty with sweetness. It is better to bring cigars since they can be a lil pricey. The hubby said the Montecristo we got at the shop was half the price of what it was here. Service was great! Our server actually finished her shift after our first round, so we closed that check and opened a new one so we could tip her out. We were here for a good 2.5 hours. Never felt rushed. This is a phenomenal cigar lounge with an awesome interior layout. I thoroughly enjoyed the flat screens for sports and the comfy lounge chairs. There is also a large bar with many selections. Not to mention, a fabulous cigar humidor with plenty of cigar brands to choose from. I went straight for the Rock Patel Sixty stick ($35). This has a nice smoke and a great go-to for me. This cigar can last up to 1.5 hrs with a nice thick chewy smoke. My wife and I enjoyed their coffee so much too! I had to order a refill with my cigar. It paired beautifully. People are just enjoying themselves with friends or their loved one. It's comfortable with no people judging around. This is what I love! Of all the cigar lounges in Las Vegas, this is my favorite by several thousand galactic miles. Located in Caesar's Palace, Montecristo Cigar Bar has been part of my Vegas constitutional: Spend a long weekend (Thursday-Monday) in a suite at The Encore, at least one visit here to Montecristo, another visit or two to their sister Davidoff Cigar Lounge, and a splurge dinner at Sinatra back at The Encore. Not a bad "regular" weekend, if I do say so myself. :-) First things first: The Humidor. This room has the best selection of cigars in Vegas, IMHO. The smell alone is something that usually makes me linger longer there. I usually head straight for the Padron Anniversario 80th Anniversary "torpedoes", and they're a VERY good price considering where you are. Sure, I can find these for half the price at my favorite cigar lounge in Richardson, Texas, but that would entail travelling to Texas and not be in Vegas. :-D Once I get my cigar, I ask for a straight cut, a light, and then saunter on into the lounge itself. This is sports TV heaven. You will not want for finding ANY sports event on one (or several) of their big screens. You can always ask to change channels to your favorite snooker tournament if you like. I always grab a seat at the bar. The bartenders and servers are the true soul of this place (as is the humidor guy!), and they will stop at nothing to make sure you're happy with your drink as you puff your puro. They even have Chimay Belgian Ale on tap. And their Whiskey Sours? SUBLIME. Finally took my friend here on my last visit and now he's hooked. I'm pretty sure this will become my new routine whenever I find myself in the hallowed halls of Caesar's Palace! read more

My wife and I took a father's day trip to Vegas and stopped into the Montecristo Cigar Bar at the behest of a friend who stops by on every trip to Vegas. The seating was comfortable and had a classic cigar lounge atmosphere. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided great service. The drinks were well mixed, refreshing, and paired excellent with our cigars. The only downside was the size of the cigar selection, which is much smaller than what I'm used to, but they have all the classics and many of the annual top cigars according to Cigar Aficionado. If you're a My Father or E.P. Carrillo fan, Montecristo has you covered. It's a great place to relax, have a smoke and a drink, watch some sports, have a chat with a friend, or people watch. read more

I've been coming to Montecristo for about nine years now as I come to Vegas a couple times a year for work conferences. This is hands down one of the best environments in the area. All of the bartenders are fantastic, especially Jason, who has helped me select some amazing whiskeys and made fantastic drinks over the years. Awesome experience! I came to 'Vegas with work friends and we wanted a cool experience to sit down and talk that wasn't a super loud bar. We discovered Montecristo Cigar Bar walking around and decided to take a chance. One hiccup when we arrived was that the POS system was down so they couldn't have anyone enter (?) but they eventually figured it out and we got a seat. Upon entering I was impressed at the premium, study driven ambiance. We looked at the cigar bar and was surprised at not just the selection available but also the approachable and knowledgeable cigar bartender (I'm not sure that's the appropriate term but I'm rollin' with it). When talking with our Cigar Bartender we all made very nice selections and sat down on the comfy couches. While there we were greeted by our server and she informed us of a special bourbon available at Caesar's so I took her up on a double while some of my other friends got more conventional selections. I really appreciated not just the high level of service, knowledge and friendly approach but an overall excellent, classy experience. My partner and I appreciate a cigar from time to time, so why not while in Vegas! We enjoyed this spot so much, we ended up coming back twice in 3 nights. First off the cigar room and selection is massive. As someone who doesn't know much about cigars, the staff was super helpful in selecting one that fit our flavor profile. You'll pick your cigars, they cut and light them for you, and you can enjoy it in their lounge. The lounge is comfortable and the bar area has some video slots if that's your thing. The first visit we got a really cool bartender, who elevated the experience. The second time, we ordered espresso martinis which the waitress (without asking) made it with premium tequila with casa migos. If you are gonna put the more expensive stuff (which isn't needed for a mix drink anyway) at least tell us first and let us pick a tequila we'd enjoy. Either way, still a fun spot and would definitely go again based on their cigar selection alone. read more
