It's been 5 weeks now since I placed the order. I have called & emailed them repeatedly to no avail. I STILL have not yet received ANY communication from them. I bought a pack of goomz gummies for 27.59 on June 12 2025 and got absolutely no effect from them. I have bought over 100 packs of these from other shops in the area and have never had a problem. NOT ONCE. The reason I know these are fake is because when you scan the barcode it takes you to a random linktree with no info or website. The REAL goomz, when scanned, take you to the offices trygoomz website. I tried to return them but they told me it wasn't their fault and it was the suppliers the fault. They said they knew they were fake at that point but it wasn't their fault because they, and I quote "didn't make them". So by their logic since they don't make a product that gives them a right to sell a counterfeit product. I called the police because I was not gonna let them steal my nearly 30 bucks. After about 5 minutes of me waiting and saying I was going to do a police report and report them to wa alcoholic and tobacco, they refunded me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. They even scanned their other goomz packages and they all went to the same fake scam linktree "website". THEY ARE ALL FAKE. And just for reference, when I just scanned my packages from tobacco town or Zakk's or NW supply, they take me to THE REAL TRYGOOMZ website... so that confirms that that one's nic hut are selling are 100% FAKE!. And, if they have one bad supplier selling 10+ options of counterfeit gummies (same brand), who knows how many other counterfeit products they are selling. Trust me guys, STAY AWAY THEY WILL SELL YOU FAKE PRODUCT THEN THREATEN YOU UNTIL YOU CALL THE POLICE. Customer service is basically nonexistent along with a lack of understanding or connection with clients[i was followed around for 30 minutes because I was looking up a few older sticks i've never tried, gets uncomfortable and silly- btw, you have to give your drivers license to the owner to enter the humidor]. If you are hard up for a cigar and this place is convenient or need a bong or crack pipe, this place is for you. The guy who works there (I'm such a jerk to never remember his name) knew both who my Dad was AND what he smoked. They have excellent prices, great service, and are always in stock.
