Staff are always super friendly and there is often parking available outside the store or down the side street. I always go here after getting ripped off at The Smoke Shop. One thing I would recommend is calling the store before you head over as its been closed with a 'back in 5mins' sign 3-4 times and I'm not in a position to wait unfortunately. Great store, recommended!

I purchased a product (which will not be named), and first thing I got after filling it with juice was leakage of the whole fluids chamber and disappointedly a cup holder that smelled good but was extra sticky. Kyle, said to bring in my T-Priv 3 Kit and he will look at it. His place is always busy, but he made me comfortable asked me if I would mind waiting. Put so politely, I did not mind at all. He helped three people in front of me in 20 mins. And that's only if I was actually counting the minutes, I was not, and my wait time actually felt like I did not have enough time to pull out my vape device. He helped me unscrew an over torqued device set up by "the guys," and he did not even bash them, instead recommended me to go to him. My kind of combination of service and humbleness.
