This five star review is long overdue. Gave my number to Brian months ago for a stock check on a cigar that I was looking for. Months later I get a random text stating that he specifically got the God of Fire KKP: Never Back Down in stock. Two days later I picked this one up. Just moved to the area, I am trying to engage in the community and this is the ONLY cigar lounge in Santa Clarita. Tonight is a fight night on UFC, I called earlier and asked if they were showing the fights, they said yes. Now I get here and I am told I can't go into the lounge after 8:30pm because I am not a "Member". I wasted my time driving here tonight and I will miss the epic fights. Regarding membership, what's the cost of membership? It's $500(which is soo cheap) BUT the wait list for membership is 2 years.... So the only cigar lounge in my new neighborhood - I will either be turned away from or I will be kicked out mid-fight or game if it extends past 8:30 or 9pm. I think it's bad for business, I would have smoked 2-3 Nice Sticks tonight. I enjoyed socializing last week at this establishment and had a great talk with the GM Bryan. But tonight I am pissed off, I wasted my time tonight, I will never see these specific fights live again and it was an amazing card. Due to the inability to buy my membership I can't make this place my new cigar lounge with these policies - so it sucks, puts a bad taste in my mouth, I WAS excited that there was a cigar lounge in Santa Clarita. CALL TO ACTION: Option 1: remove the member to non member times limits and segregation. That way you can have more people buying cigars and participating. You also won't piss off great customers like myself. Options 2(which I like): sell memberships to anyone who comes in. BUT going forward separate membership and Locker rental. This way your amount of members will not be capped by the limited amount of lockers and you can keep selling memberships. $500 a year membership $50 a month locker rental. Option 3: make up something, anything. Provide a higher priced short term membership option, anything. The only option their owners are providing me now is maybe in 2 years if another member dies I can take his spot. I would sign up right now, I dont care about lockers. I am just a business owner, husband, father of 3, who wants to place to watch a game and smoke a cigar in my neighborhood. That's all I want and these membership policies have robbed me of that. I can't have that simple pleasure in my new neighborhood. read more

When you first enter, you are met with a warm welcome by the store manager, Brian. Such a friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen. The selection is vast, from cigars to all of the tools. I had the opportunity to not only meet the owner, Javier, he actually sat down with me and indulged while we conversed for over an hour. What a gentleman and his cigar knowledge is beyond reproach. It's owned by the same people that own Valencia Cigars and Newsstand in the same center, but the goal is to make this new location a cigar shop/social club for members, with lockers, a lounge and conference area that can be rented out. In addition to their huge humidor with a great selection of cigars to purchase, they also sell cigar accessories. The lounge is through the store, behind a huge wooden door. It has tables to work on, leather chairs and monitors everywhere. The center tables have cutters and lighters available along with nice ashtrays. I came for the grand opening and the place was very busy and quite a few lockers have already been rented out (meaning they already have members). Brand new Cigar lounge in town. This place is owned by the same guy who owns Valencia Cigars and Newsstand a couple doors down. The place is doing a soft opening for now and the Grand opening is on November 30th. The place is pretty damn cool. Huge humidor with everything you need, gadgets to buy in the front and best of all is the lounge. The lounge is through a nice wood door and it's huge. It has tables to work on, leather chairs and monitors everywhere. The center tables have cutters and lighters available along with nice ashtrays. There are lockers available to rent for your prized cigars. There is a separate conference room available to rent for meetings as you enjoy cigars. Javier has done an amazing job with this place. No one else has created anything in Santa Clarita like Javier has done. This is one of the better cigar lounges. It's big, it's clean and they have a very nice humidor with great brands. in there. The lounge is big and they do have work stations with power outlets so you could bring a laptop or tablet and get stuff done while enjoying a stogie. The owner and employees are very nice and so are the patrons. I felt very comfortable sparking up a conversation with people here. I'm happy that there is another cigar lounge in the SCV. read more

I love this spot! Great selection of cigars, at all price ranges, in a perfectly maintained walk in humidor. They also have a lounge with comfortable chairs and lounger style chairs. Real hard wood tables to read or study. Three flat screen televisions played at respectable volumes. And even a private meeting room that can be reserved for meetings, gatherings, etc. The staff is exceptional, especially Brian. He's always available to offer a recommendation and extremely knowledgeable. He knows how to make newbies, like myself, feel comfortable and confident with my selection.
