I went here yesterday. I'm not a local, was visiting relatives. But hoping to find a good store as I'm often over. I bought a few cigars and headed home. Pulled the first (of 8) out of the bag and went to punch (cut) it. But it was already cut, and very poorly. The lower inch of the outer wrapper was mangled. I prefer to use a punch so I know I didn't space out and do this. I tried to clean this up with a cutter, but it was a mess, and a 10 dollar cigar was ruined. I've never encountered this before ever. It was cut, and put back in the wrapper. None of the others were like it, I bought 3 others same box. This is partly on me, I should have checked them closer. I normally inspect cigars for blemishes but was in a rush. So check your cigars carefully if you go here. Aside from that, the quantity and quality of selection was mediocre compared to my local stores. Ok, but missing a lot of standards. Price was equivalent compared to my stores. Storage Quality ( humidity primarily) seemed good. Not sure if I'll go back or not and talk to owner, who seemed like a nice guy. read more

Nice selection of cigars and great customer service. This was my first visit to Cigarsmiths but won't be my last. There were no sample packs setup at the time of my visit but I was told it's something they do. I didn't get a chance to checkout the smoking area but did see they have one. If there is one thing I wish (of all smoke shops) is that they introduce themselves when you come through the door. Cigars shops a normally never too busy and I like to know my tobacconist. read more

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, with an amazing top of the line walk in humidor. They have a great lounge area in back with cushy leather seats and a huge flat screen TV. Worth checking out and they can order anything you'd like. read more

Great selection of cigars. Very relaxed atmosphere. I never feel pressured like I do in some other cigar shops. Josh is the owner and he really knows his stuff, as well as how to treat a customer right. Prices are very reasonable compared to other shops I've been in. You are usually greeted by his very friendly assistant manager, Trout (his dog, lol) Highly recommended. read more
