One of their employees, named mark was extremely helpful came shook our hand and introduced himself. Why cant all establishments do this. Mark was helpful suggested a good smoke for me and my pal. This place beats even the GREATEST stores in both Boston and New York! They don't push anything on you, they have an excellent selection, and best of all- the price cannot be beat AND the cigars are kept at the abosolute best humidity and temperature. I go here all the time for my cigars. Has a pretty good selection (not fantastic) and has a changing inventory of cigars (can be good and bad). I'm not a huge smoker and am always willing to try different cigars. Great place to for cigars. read more

Really liked this place. Pretty good selection, but not all that I'd like. I smoked a Padron 7000 and it was fresh as fresh can be. Excellent ventilation too. I love a cigar, but don't want to choke on the smoke of 50 smokers around me. Nice couches, dim lighting, Flat screen, poker tables & a pool table. Bring your own drink though because all they have is espresso. They close kind of early too so get there by 7 the latest I'd say. read more

Went here looking for a certain cigar, which they carry but did not have any left in stock. I took a few minutes to look around and started getting the feeling I was being watched. I glanced over and noticed I was being watched like a hawk. The owner/employee kept staring at me nonstop like I was going to rob the place or something. It made me feel very uncomfortable so I left. I visit cigar shops on a regular basis and usually drop a pretty penny too. Their loss. Was it because I was wearing a sweatshirt with a heavy metal band on it? I guess I'll never know because I will not be coming back here. They also carry vaping supplies and juices. That crap has NO place in a cigar shop. No reputable cigar store owner would have that junk in their store. That turned me off too. I frequently visit Cigarsmiths in Tiverton, RI, which I find 100X better anyway, in selection, knowledge and atmosphere. You feel welcome there. I find some shops are loaded with cigar snobs and if you "don't look the part" you get treated like an outsider. Cigarsmiths is my go to place for cigars. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. read more
