I did a search on the internet and came up with many names and a few within walking distance of the place I was staying, I decided on Dr. Flores because her patients all said how caring of a dentist she was and her service was unmatched. I have to agree on all accounts I emailed Dr. Flores a few question and just an hour later at 10pm at night she got back to me. For the next 90 minutes we exchanged a few emails and I made an appointment for the next day. I can tell you from the moment I walked in Dr Flores made me feel comfortable and welcome. I was sure of what I wanted but Dr Flores explained to me a different way to go. Her recommendation was spot on and made total sense to me. I am glad I took her advice. Dr Flores took the next 3 hours working on me and making sure I was comfortable and felt little pain. After my first appointment she checked up on me and made sure I was doing ok and that was after her office hours were over for the day. I saw her 2 more times and it was the same treatment each time and each time this wonderful person checked up on me to make sure I was doing ok. No Dentist or medical doctor had ever done that for me before. After my last appointment there was still a small issue with my new flexible denture. Dr Flores emailed to see how I was doing and I told her about the issue I was having with some soreness. She is such a caring person that she saw me on a Sunday on the way out of town for her vacation with her family. She put off starting her vacation to take care of me. That tells you every-thing you need to know about Dr. Flores. I cannot recommend her enough.
