The facility is spotless, the communication is wife open and crystal clear, and the pricing for their services and their procedures seem fair to me having very little exposure to paying elsewhere. But what I believe really sets them apart is the staff. There are more that I have yet to meet, I'm sure. But the amazing women that I've had the distinct honor of interacting with many times are Peggy, Marissa, Keely, and Dr. Kearce. I am anxiety ridden to my very core and this amazing team has gone above and beyond to calm me down, listen to my concerns and address each and every one in detail, and go out of their way to take care of my dog and to take care of me and my mental health as well. They've seen me at my lowest of lows feeling broken down and have handled me with the same grace and care that they extend to my dog. I had no idea we had one in the area. I took Nic in and they recommended a simple nebulizer treatment that I can give him myself. He was almost immediately 85% better and has remained so for almost a year now. They also do titre testing so you don't have to over-vaccinate your pets.
