We made a switch because my last vet wasn't too friendly and my first experience here was great! My second was even better so we stayed! I remember one time I wasn't able to financially provide and the vet had taken what I was able to give. This just tells me how much they care for my fur bear. But it only happened once so please don't expect this to happen to you! They have to have business too! I can't imagine anyone that would use a lame excuse to get anything for free. So from then on, I had to budget to give them my business. This vet has a barbering/grooming side & a hospital side! They also do teeth cleaning and all that good stuff. Affordable and great work! Sweet, friendly staff! I would recommend %

After spending thousands of dollars here trying to get a diagnosis for my cat Daryl's severe facial lacerations and recurring flare-ups, we have been left with zero resolution or answers. In fact, an urgent care vet recently pointed out that his issues may be exacerbated by a congenital eyelid condition--something Dr. McNeal's team completely missed after a year of "now what?" appointments. Beyond the lack of medical progress, the bedside manner and administrative policies have deteriorated significantly. During our last visit, when we had to use a smaller backpack carrier because another carrier was out of commission due to an accident, Dr. McNeal was openly condescending. He tsked, completely misunderstood how the carrier functioned, unzipped the most awkward side, and made a big, theatrical production of scruffing Daryl rather than handling him with care. To cap it all off, when I was trying to schedule a spay for a nervous rescue cat--while actively doing community TNR work--I was hit with a rigid deposit ultimatum because of previous scheduling hurdles, without any room for communication or acknowledgment of our heavy financial history with the clinic. We are taking our animals and our business elsewhere. If you are dealing with complex medical cases or community rescue work, save your money and look for a different vet to collaborate with.

They had put him to sleep to treat him 3 times during his treatment and charged us a little over $2,000.00. Silverleaf not only cleaned his wounds on his body, his ear and also vaccinated him for $179.00 and my dog loved Dr. Floyd. My dog don't trust anyone. Everyone calls my dog a butthole because his anxiety is so bad but he melted like butter in Dr Floyd's hands. Thank you Dr. Floyd for taking care of my fur baby.

They put her on a special diet and I've been buying the food from Silver Leaf. Silver Leaf knows that she's the neighborhood kitty and that I had to trap her to get her into the vets the first time. After 6 months they wouldn't sell me any more food or give me a prescription for it unless I brought her back in. I paid over 650$ when I brought her in the last time and the bag of cat food was 30$ a bag. I couldn't afford to take her back in. Plus I could tell she was much better being on this prescribed cat food. I begged and pleaded with them but they still wouldn't help me. This is all about the money. I've been using this vet since the 70's but I will NEVER use them again. They are heartless. I'm a senior citizen and I just don't have any extra money for another vet visit. The neighbors are kind to the cat but they're not going to help with any expenses. If you want a vet that really cares about your animal then you need to find another vet.

I found out too late on my visit last year. I had read about 3yr rabies shots online but I only remembered to ask after my dog was treated. I told myself not to forget the next time. On Friday July 17th around 3, I called there to make sure they were open, but no answer. I called 3 times but no answer. I went ahead and drove by, right after my third call and was surprised to see they were open; with no customers and two women sitting at the front desk, a third close by. I wondered why they hadn't answered. I couldn't remember when exactly my dog had gotten her last shot so I asked them to look her up. (I have four dogs and four cats-so I can't remember exactly when they all get their shots.) One woman looked at the computer and said "August". And I said "Is it too early to get the next one?" And without answering she just handed me the paperwork to complete. Before I had my paper work completed, a girl took my dog back to start treatment. In what was seriously one to two minutes, I remembered the 3yr rabies, so I said, "Oh, Can I get the 3yr rabies?" The older lady said "too late now" and smirked; and the lady next to her also smirked, like they thought that was funny. I told them it's real funny that they trick people by not putting three year shot as an option on the form. I called the Vetsense clinic attached to this clinic to see if I could speak to the manager, and she transferred me; but you guessed it, no answer. I called her back and she actually had to walk down there (on the sidewalk) to leave a message for the manager to call. And I got no call. Don't know who she gave the message to, but I bet it didn't make it to the manager. Never again. It isn't worth being treated like crap to continue to go here.
