She understands allopathic, homeopathic, and naturopathic medicine. She uses integrative medicine by combining multiple techniques: osteopathic / chiropractic adjustment, acupuncture, and energy medicine (I'm unsure of the name of this). She uses a kinesiology technique, too (I'm also unsure of what this is called, but I've encountered it before. It's useful for accurate diagnosis). I have been taking my cat to Dr. McNeill for several months d/t weight loss, diarrhea, and vomiting. I had already taken my cat to 2 veterinarians, but they were allopathic. On our first visit, she performed an adjustment on my cat's lower back and pelvis. Immediately afterward, my cat stopped being scared and cowering in the carrier. My cat walked around the exam room like it was no longer an intimidating place. I've never witnessed such a transformation in any of my animals, and I've taken my fur babies to many veterinarians over the years. Plus, my cat didn't cry (like usual) on the way home. Also, my cat snuggled with her brother (actual brother, littermate) for the first time in years. Just as crazy, 1 day after the vet visit, my cat's diarrhea temporarily resolved for several weeks. Although the diarrhea has returned, I think my cat is finally seeing someone who can help. I have hope that my cat will get better. She has even gained back a little bit of weight. For some context, I am an MD. Whenever I feel like allopathic medicine is failing one of my pets, I will definitely bring them to Dr. McNeill. She's worth it. She listens to my concerns.... and my cat's concerns. Whereas allopathic vets would say that there's nothing more they could do for my pet, Dr. McNeill does not seem fatigued or defeated. She develops a plan of action. One thing to note: They have a policy of collecting partial payment before the 1st visit. I thought this was unusual. Luckily, Dr. McNeill came highly recommended to me, so I felt comfortable paying it. I recommend Dr. McNeill without hesitation.

After finally being taken to a room. A female with dark hair in her 50s grabbed my cat up and he was about gone then. He was spewing drool and bile out of his mouth and the nurse/doctor (never introduced herself) began to tick. It didn't bother me at first then I noticed more of a behavior I have noticed in the past around meth addicts. She then started asking us what was wrong with the cat and why he was puking. She was speaking so fast, she could barely make words. Then my wife was visibly upset so I walked out and asked the receptionist to see someone else. The other male and female doctors immediately decided my cat needed euthanized and took care of it. They never once questioned why I asked to speak with someone else. I'm not certain if this lady has a handicap or is on some serious meth as no one addressed the issue. I was told by a trusted family member that this person was fired. Then another family member goes in and the same lady is there and that family member had the exact same concern. I have been going to this Vet since I was very young. I will never allow my family or friends to use this establishment. There are also multiple mice in the waiting room eating the dog food. Tall Man would be disappointed.

However, I was disappointed with the follow-up care. Just two days after the visit, my dog was still not eating, so I called to ask if a medication could be prescribed to help stimulate her appetite. I was told I would need to pay another exam fee of $138 before anything could be prescribed. As a pet owner, it was frustrating to be charged another office visit fee only two days after already paying for care, especially when I was seeking help for an ongoing issue related to the original visit. While the staff was kind, I felt the clinic's follow-up policy placed more emphasis on additional fees than on continuity of care. I hope the clinic reviews this policy and considers a more reasonable approach for patients needing follow-up assistance shortly after a visit." wasn't happy at all with this. never return to that company again it's just a rip off and my sick.

A hotel near the stadium employee's gave us towels and helped us locate an open Vet in the area. We could not leave an animal that needed care in the 20 degree cold in the streets, so we drove the kitten to UrgentVet in Moore. The 3 employees there turned us away and told us it was against their policy to help. The offered nothing. Cold and rude people with no concern for an injured animal. We then went to target and bought supplies. When we got to our hotel, an amazing employee took the kitten home for the evening and will find her a home. I cannot believe the employees at UrgentVet showed no concern or offered any help at all. I would never trust this facility with my pet.
