Afterwards they weighed my son which was even more comforting. To know they will prescribe the correct amount of medication to him, if he needed it. The doctor was very thorough and explained all aspects of what was going on as well as attentive to what may be going on. He then took cultures and later had the nurse do the skin prick test. After, he read the test and provided me with information on his allergies as well as what he suggests would work best for him. What was astonishing was he even diagnosed my son with an infection his dermatologist (another practice) seemed to not be so concerned with. With this diagnosis, he prescribed medication to hopefully rid him of his itching and discomfort, rather than just addressing it topically. He helped my family get to the root of my son's issues, foods I had been eating then nursing him, not knowing he was allergic. Dr. Eckman is very respectful and knowledgeable. I am so glad we went!

A basic consultation, and I mean I basically had a chat with the allergist for about 10 minutes, was a whopping $164. Seriously? $16.40 per minute to get a prescription for an inhaler? 2. You can't even pay the sky high bill online. What is this, 1995? They actually expect you to send a PHYSICAL CHECK. Lesson learned: stick with well established, insurance friendly, 21st century allergists.

The establishment is clean and they are in a great neighborhood, but don't let that fool you. Their receptionist was very rude and didn't have time to answer questions. They are horrible at answering their phone, and even though they say they are available for emergencies after hours I had horrible luck getting a hold of a nurse/doctor. Management isn't any better. When I brought my concerns to the manager he told me that he didn't believe me. It was then that I knew it was time for me to move on.

Dr. Moore is a great doctor, and I like him, but I have a rapport with Dr. Messer. She is thorough, takes the time to understand what is important to you about health and treatment and will do further research if necessary. And she respects my decisions as a parent. She's also a really nice person who I enjoy having a conversation with. The nurses and nurse practitioners are all very solid-- helpful, caring and knowledgeable. I've had questionable experiences with the medical assistants, but it hasn't affected the medical care we've received. Also, the doctors are usually on-time for appointments, and I feel like the staff respects my time.

In order to check-in, you use their kiosks which you might need help with the first time, but then it's a breeze. There are antibacterial foam dispensers nearby which I appreciate during the cold/flu season. Fortunately, all the nurses who give you the injections are very friendly and make the process fairly painless. I can't speak to the rest of the facility since that is my only reason for going there, but I don't mind going at all even though I know I will be poked with a needle once I arrive.

I was so impressed with how caring, patient, and informative they were. They gave me precise guidelines of how to best care for him, as well as warning signs of things to look out for. They also gave me specific instructions of when to call them back if he got worse. As a fairly new mom, this made me feel so much better navigating my son being sick. I also see a doctor as my primary care physician. I have received great care all around.

It is easy to access in Clifton being at a major intersection with a traffic light and by the back streets. I had to come here on numerous occasions for blood work on the sixth floor in 2018 and again recently. The parking is free and I never have to drive around and around to find a spot. My only petty complaint is walking in the cold from my car to the elevator lobby. The associates are friendly and professional. After checking in I only have to wait 5 minutes or less to get the blood work done. It has only taken one try to get the blood sample and the technique has been as quick and painless as can be expected. The results are are usually available in 2 days and can be viewed on my online account. Just off of the lobby is a pharmacy that can be used to pick up your medications making it a one stop visit for you. I go to my own outside pharmacy and have not tried the one here. This is also where the endocrinologist doctor's office is l go to is located. I went in to urgent care today 1/9 after experiencing symptoms extremely common with bronchitis or…read moresome type of upper respiratory infection. I am a self pay patient so it takes alot for me to get myself to a dr. But when I went 4 days with no symptom relief and my mucus turning a bright green I figured I may need an antibiotic. I checked in as normal, I was called back pretty quickly and even though It costs me $150 just to be seen I was at ease to know I would be leaving with some relief. Nurse took my heart rate and bp, and asked about my symptoms. Dr came in and the only follow up question was "are you on birth control?" I said no. Haven't been in years. She then proceededs to do no swabs, no covid test, no bloodwork, no chest xray and tells me i need to go to the emergency room to rule out a clot! we went from zero to 100. Let's not rule out influenza or infectio. But let's make you spend potentially thousands of dollars on a ct scan for a blood clot!! All because I had a stage one elevation in blood pressure. Needless to say, I took my chances and left without going to the er. I think the 4 day embolism would have taken me by now. And left with no medicine or diagnosis!

Paperwork was a breeze and I only waited around 10 minutes before I was in. I was THOROUGHLY tested and treated here. I have been to a few different urgent cares before and some of them write you a script for antibiotics after seeing you for literally 2 minutes (which is SCARY). I got a full exam from a real nurse here and great advice. I was in the exam room for probably 20-30 minutes while they tested everything including my vision! I was thrilled to see this kind of personalized attention. Not to mention how incredibly friendly everyone working here was on a SUNDAY. I'm still in shock. Super nice. Highly recommend. And I got a freaking CARD from them today with a handwritten - hope you're feeling better on it. I'm in love. Hopefully won't have to be back but if you're in a pinch THIS IS YOUR PLACE!
