Not able to sleep for 3 days due to mouth pain. I am 1 day post-op. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted inside Dr B. Willams office on 4/3/25. It's been about 14 hours. No swelling, no pain, and no regrets. Dr. Williams's infection control during my procedure was on point, the way sterile field was kept sterile. I went here for Invisalign, ended up not getting it. Instead I got months and months of uncomfortable pain and irritation. Their suggestion was a root canal that I never needed until they worked on me. Apparently my tooth is "special" can you believe it? I will add more so clarify later, but DO NOT GO HERE. They say they care and concern for your pain but they do not own up to their mistakes, and tell you to pay an extra 5 grand for a root canal from some specialist. The worst experience of my life, and now I'm going to be out another 4-5 grand. I would give this ZERO stars if I could. If you want to be put in constant pain for months and waste your money, this is the place to go. I will be updating this later after I finish work to tell my whole story. I just wanted to give this place the lowest rating it deserves as soon as possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My experience: I would like to start by saying I originally went here earlier this year for Invisialign. I had zero pain, zero sensitivity, zero problem with my teeth. The dentist told me I had to have a few fillings done before they can proceed. So I paid for the fillings, and a down payment to the Invisalign. After the first filling, I noticed there was hypersensitivity on my top left molar(14). The original dentist, Dr. Tran, did not probably grind the filling down so the bit would be proper. After doing so the second appointment, it only got worse. She tried replacing the filling with a glass-type filling, saying 99% of the time this fixes the hypersensitivity. A week goes by and now it hurts to even breath through my mouth. On top of this, I cannot chew on my left side. She then says I need a root canal. Imagine going in for Invisalign, to now needing a root canal that cost thousands of dollars. I ask to talk to the hear dentist, Dr. Williams, who decides to try a medical filling. After two failed medical fillings, I am now having a new symptom: Tooth and gum pain. I now have to take a advil and orajel everyday just to sleep. The pain is almost constant. And now my only choice is a root canal I would have never needed if I decided not to go there. They said my tooth a inclusion, that after the filling, may have exacerbated it further to what is it now. Why didn't they see this is plan for it to prevent this problem? I don't know, I am not a doctor, but I rely on doctors to prevent these problems. So now I am having to spend thousands more for a problem that I never would have had. I went to this dentist without any problems or pain, and left with months of constant pain. DO NOT GO HERE. They act like they care, but in the end, they just want to make money. They do not care for the well-being of their clients, and when they are in pain, they look for temporary cures, hoping the client will just disappear. read more

Fantastic dental office. They took me as an emergency - I had broken a bridge and the holiday weekend was going to start. From beginning to end they showed how professional, kind and compassionate they were in a very clean office. Dr. Brian Williams was thorough and had always checked in with how I was doing through the procedure. I was able to have it fixed immediately with a temporary. I asked the dentist to check another area because I was told I needed a root canal by my prior dentist and that I had a cracked tooth and wanted $3,000 to fix. I'm glad that I went to Dr. Williams. He said there was nothing wrong with that tooth - I wasn't even biting down on the tooth. This will be my family dentist for life! I'm glad I had the emergency and went to the office! read more

I have been going to Cinco Meadows Dental for 15 years now. I'm sorry to say, they have now lost 2 long standing patients. It all began with implant work. I had never had implants done, and needed two molars placed. They gave me a treatment plan, (which we considered to be a contract, although legally it isn't) and although at the time the price seemed excessive, we trusted them and went with it. The way implants work, is they place a screw into your jawbone and you then wait 3-4 months for the area to heal at which point you are ready to have an impression taken of the area, an abutment (fitting) and finally the new tooth placed. Once the period of my healing was completed, it was determined that the site in my mouth was now ready for the next phase. Here's where things went wrong... In that time period, they decided to raise their rates by just under 40% for the rest of the work. That made the total FOR EACH TOOTH over $5,000.00 to complete the work. Over 10,000.00 total. (I believe it was 13k) For 2 teeth. We were absolutely astonished. Gobsmacked. When we went to them asking for an explanation for the price difference, they stated that prices have gone up, and went on to say our something about factoring in our insurance coverage. What they don't know is that my husband is a senior director of a major nationwide insurance provider, and runs a team of actuaries, so we are well versed in what our insurance coverage is and what is/is not covered, and factored that in, when I say it was a 40% increase, its aside of insurance coverage. Here's another hinkey factor: Cinco Meadows uses implants that are so rare in the dental industry, that when I went to get a second and third opinion, both dentists had never heard of this implant company, and these are experienced doctors who specialize in implant work. One of the doctors actually had to Google the company in front of me. The bottom line is I found a reputable dentist just 3 miles away to complete what was started at HALF the price that Cinco Meadows was charging us. If Cinco Meadows used a more reputable and widely known implant device company, the price would have been even $500.00 lower than that. I question their practices now. When I once would have trusted them with all my dental work, now I question their ethics. Side note: I have more implant work to be done, and needed 3 teeth removed to begin that process.(We are going to Europe to have the other side of my mouth done.) They quoted an extraordinary amount for that alone, which included a $600 fee per tooth for a bone grafting which was not needed. Mind you, this is just to have 2 teeth removed. I highly recommend that for implant work, you look elsewhere. There are many fine dentists who specialize in this area of treatment just a couple of miles away from the Cinco Meadows location. If the price hike of 40% happened to me mid-treatment, it could very well happen to you. Word for the wise: Research other practices in the area. They use the same quality porcelain materials, and titanium screws at an average of HALF the price Cinco Meadows is charging. We sadly say goodbye to the people we have gone to for our dental needs for such a long time, but this is absolutely unacceptable, and as one can expect, we are left scratching our heads at the ethics of their practices. Not to mention our anger at the misrepresentation and bait-and-switch method of our original treatment plan. It all makes me question- have we been paying twice the amount for ALL our dental needs this whole time? Do your research. Look around, and get a second or third opinion before starting any treatment with Cinco Meadows. Or better yet, go somewhere else first. read more

I have great experiences here but unfortunately I have had some very bad experiences also. All my bad experiences have been because of extremely poor communications within this organization. There is a quote that says "The problem with communications is the illusion that it exists". This is very true. My first experience was with staff who explained in great detail a service I was going to receive on my next visit. That service was not what was received. I had a personal visit with Dr. Williams who really wanted to make it right which I appreciated. However my next visit didn't happen as planned as staff were not clear in communicating my next visit was cancelled. The wording in my text communication can only best be described as being sprinkled in sugar to a point I showed up for an appointment that didn't actually exist. This was an inconvenience for sure however I don't want to cut ties with this business just yet as I feel if staff are properly trained in providing correct correspondence then I will be dealing with a clinic that is first class. read more
