It always seemed as though they would bring a few good qualities to the table that would over shadow any negative. The Lucky's literally have ALLLLLLLL of the good qualities and zero of the negative. My sister referred them so I knew I had a win bc my sister does her homework and finds the best in the biz. She was spot on!! I like to walk in my sister's neighborhood and I often saw The Lucky's sign. Not only did I love their name but they are such a beautiful family (I later found out that they are as beautiful on the inside, as out). We decided to put our house on the market on a Wednesday. I do like the properties they manage but I have had constant issues with the management group when…read moresubmitting maintenance requests and getting timely responses. When I moved in and called the group multiple times when we had our AC out and other maintenance requests. They never picked up the phone. Each time I text them it takes most times 2 days for them to respond to ask them to follow up on a maintenance request. Then it takes at least or more than a week for the maintenance order to be completed.
