We narrowed in on a budget, cities, and showing strategy (we bought sight unseen due to how competitive it is right now so coming to view each property didnt make sense) so virtual tours were key. We put trust in her to look at the house, point out any red flags and give offer advise. We had specific requirements so after looking for about a month, she ended up finding us a beautiful house in Tempe before it hit the market and negotiated with the seller to work out a deal.
