Not only has Care cut and colored my hair for the past 5 years but she also did my hair for my wedding, and also my bridesmaids/Mother and Mother In Law. There were very comfortable couches to sit while waiting and the salon was well lit. I really loved my facials with Amanda. She is very caring and her services are not only done with high-quality products, but she really takes her time to do a quality job. I really like that she communicates directly with her clients with text and email to stay connected with her clients. I LOVED that she has her own schedule. Even though the facial was 60 min long, Amanda wants to make sure you feel comfortable before and after the facial. I can't wait to be back. Probably only needed a partial highlight but instead was charged a full highlight, which I wouldn't have cared if it was done properly! Her stylist was Blair, level 1 stylist. It took her almost 4 hours in total to do a highlight and wash/blow dry. Didn't have time to cut it because it took her so long. She made her hair extremely streaky. You can even tell the size of her brush that she used for bleach. When I spoke to the manager Paige she said "something went wrong and Blair is a good stylist" our experience says differently. Have given this place many chances and there is always issues. Done wasting almost 400 on shitty supercut results. Did get a full refund because of how bad it was. Please be cautious when going to CHEZ ANN SALON!! They don't care about their clients, just money! That's why they have a revolving door of new inexperienced stylists.

I started seeing her several years ago per the recommendation of a friend who, with Shannon's help, let her natural grey grow out and looked phenomenal the entire time of her transformation. I wanted the same experience and Shannon did not disappoint. We started with cutting my hair a little shorter than usual - to just below my ear lobes. Shannon added lowlights to tone down the existing full head brown dye and let my natural grey/white areas work as highlights. Then she gradually cut off the brassy-blond left over from coloring and let my hair grow longer again. Now I have shoulder length grey hair with natural white-silver highlights and am loving it!
