So I saw this place online and it was recommended by some people and the experience was great. Only thing is, you better go in there knowing what you want and how you want it. The nail tech finessed me into getting the most expensive mani. My fault because I had no idea what I wanted or how I wanted it done. So I paid 100 for a mani and pedi and I will never on my years of life play that again but I definitely will be returning and now I know what I want. Stand your ground though! They'll try to up sell you so much, you'll give in and pay 1000 dollars for a mani pedi lol. But overall, service was awesome and I will be returning. read more

Kim was awesome. She explained to me that wherever I went before they used uv light on my top coat for my dip nails. She said that is not right. The whole point is for dip nails to be organic and nice on your actual nail, the uv light defeats that purpose. She said let me show you the right way. I walked in, immediately got taken back. I have been coming here for a couple years when we have our "girls spa days"....I was always extremely satisfied until yesterday..I am so disappointed I will not be returning and I did not leave a tip...I had the nail tech Phoebe and I don't know if she is new or just a completely rude person but it was the worst nail experience of my life.. To start with my Pedicure she was upset that I asked her to make sure she got the bottoms of my feet because my heels leave them a bit rough..please see attached picture as I now have a sore spot on my foot..that was the first time I angered her.. Then during my filling of my nails she was angered because I could see the old nail under the new gel and I asked if she could fix that.. Then when she was painting the shellac she got mad because I told her the white tip of my nails were too wide I like them thin..her response.." I am not machine I cannot make like sticker"..well guess what every other tech I have had has no problem doing that.. Then when trimming my cuticle she didn't even get a sanitized tool! She just grabbed one from her box! And on top of all her angry huffing and puffing she didn't even trim my original fingernails underneath.. I am extremely disappointed as I go out of my way to drive 30 miles when I have a great salon down the street, it's called Nails of America. Made an appointment and explained that I was not happy the first time I visited. Requested a technician that was experienced at applying the dip powder. They referred me to Tuan. I came and Teresa did my nails (truthfully dont think that was her name bc when I went back the next day nobody knew who she even was) anyways, if you plan to get Long nails, Cinderella is NOT the place to go. I asked her to do them a little thicker bc I'm a server and i didn't live in the area, she assured me her clear polish was apparently going to magically make them thicker. which it didn't because I kid you not, after leaving there 5 mins later my nail began cracking... so I go back and again ask for them thicker and she only fixed the one which broke and said the rest are thick enough, yet most were paper thin and a total of like 4 nails were glued for a full 24 hours. So I called after my shift the next day to let them know I needed an entirely new set bc all my nails broke off after I told the lady I wanted them thicker. The set she did to fix these, were no better. Not only did they break within 3 days, They had lumps, it wasn't applied evenly. All my fingers once I left after the first visit were PEELING. I literally had to go to my nail tech over an hour away to get my nails fixed, I left Cinderella with HOOKS as nails when I asked for them to be straighter than curved. And had yellow stained cuticles for awhile. I just strongly don't recommend going here if u plan to get anything other than nubs you can grow naturally. read more

I have given this nail salon many chances but I will never return to this place. My nails are crooked, and different shades of red! They did a horrible job. I had to return to have one nail fixed and they said they would redo them all (fix them), however I did not have time that day. When I called them the following day, they said they would not fix the nails because I already had one fixed!!! I would never support a business that does not stand behind their work!! Had probably the best pedi of my life (wax + hot stone massage = heaven) after a long morning run, and left feeling like I could run 2x more! I was also nursing a 2 week gel mani that was on the fritz and was convinced to try the dip. Two weeks of traveling later, my nails still look SO good!
