Margaux is a true professional and thanks to her, Wildflower Bridal was the first and ONLY place I needed to shop to find my wedding dress. I reached out after my fiance and I set our wedding date, leaving us only 5.5 months to plan our big day from start to finish. I was VERY nervous as I had been told by multiple other bridal shops that I needed to start shopping 9-12 months in advance! Margaux assured me that if I came in within the next 2 weeks that I would have enough time to order a new made-to-order dress. She was flexible with scheduling and made sure I was able to get in for an appointment within that time frame. Before my appointment she sent a detailed questionnaire that really helped me put to words what I was looking for in a dress. She also requested a link to my Pinterest board so she could get a better feel for my personal taste. Upon arrival Margaux had music from my favorite band playing (a part of the questionnaire!) and had hand picked several dresses within my budget for me to try on. She absolutely nailed her pulls as they were all exactly what I said I was looking for, but after trying on about 8 different dresses, I was feeling uneasy having not truly loved how I looked or felt in my favorites thus far. That's when Margaux took all those little comments I made and body language hints I unknowingly gave throughout my appointment and ran them through her mental rolodex of dresses before turning around and on-the-fly pulling a dress that was buried in a rack behind her desk. The dress was nothing like what I thought I wanted, but before I could even get it all the way on in the dressing room I started to get that "this is the one" feeling. The dress was sleeveless but Margaux knew that I was serious about wanting a long sleeved dress, so before I could even look at myself in the mirror she grabbed two detachable sleeves from another dress and threw them on my arms. That was exactly what I needed in that moment and seeing the dress with added sleeves made me totally confident that I didn't need to look any further. For several minutes I was so speechless at how different the dress was from what I thought I wanted, but Margaux was so kind and patient and gave me the time and space to absorb that feeling before prompting me to move into better light so she could take more pictures for me on my cell phone. Once decided, Margaux measured me, talked through which size she recommended I order, walked me through a detailed breakdown of the cost of and shipping timeline for my dress, and ensured that extra fabric and lace were being ordered from the manufacturer so that I could have sleeves made to match. Margaux also gave me a list of her recommended local seamstresses and helped me understand the likely cost of the alterations I was likely to need right there in her shop *before* I checked out. During my appointment I was never in or looking at a dress that was over my budget, never felt pressured to decide or buy, and always felt heard and supported whenever I had a question or asked for more information. As I awaited my dress' arrival, Margaux COULD NOT have been more communicative. Upon its on-time arrival, she helped me schedule a pickup appointment around (her own vacation!) so that I had time to try my dress on with a different set of detachable sleeves at my own request. Margaux's measurements and size recommendations were SPOT ON because straight out of the bag my dress fit like a glove and needed no sizing alterations. All in all, I couldn't have had a better experience. I went from thinking I would need to buy a used or ill-fitting off-the-rack dress to finding (and partially creating!) my unexpected dream dress! If it were not for Margaux's keen listening and observation skills I am certain I would have walked out of her shop empty handed and a lot more stressed. First off - Customer Service. Second off - WOW. I'm one of those annoying people that asks WAY too many questions, but ever since I got engaged, Margaux at Wildflower was just too sweet when it came to (patiently) answering all of my questions, even giving feedback regarding the personal matter that is finding "the gown." When the day finally came where I had my Wildflower appointment, Margaux had the day off. So I worked with Emmaleigh and Emi - but then Margaux showed up! I've got to say - that was just the icing on the cake. I believe that in the wedding industry, the best thing a vendor can be is personal. And that spoke volumes to me - it made my day even more special! Now onto the actual gowns themselves - BEAUTIFUL. The salon was organized in a great way - sample gowns, then by price and designer. The salon itself is decorated beautifully too!! It's just got this great relaxing, intimate aesthetic, and it makes every bride feel like they are in a wonderland of tulle and lace. Between myself and two members of my bridal party that were with me, we were constantly remarking "Oh, this one!" so narrowing it down was hard to do, but we did it! The dressing room set up is awesome too - the bride has a room to change in, then a "Reveal Room" to their friends and/or family. Then, once you've narrowed it down to your top 1 or 2, they take you out to the main stage, where you get to try on accessories! It truly is an exceptional experience. I've been in many bridal salons throughout my search, and there has been no experience quite like the Wildflower Experience. I ended up saying yes to my dress today, and it truly was a tearful moment - they even played music I had preselected and were sure to play a monumental song during the moment I said yes. It. Was. PERFECT. My journey to Wildflower Bridal from Kailua, Hawaii is something I will cherish forever! I am getting married in my home state of North Carolina, so logistically it made the most sense to find my dress here rather than in Hawaii. A quick internet search brought me to Wildflower, and I knew right away (and after some Instagram stalking) that this boutique was special. Margaux and Emmaleigh were kind and welcoming throughout the whole experience. Making an appointment over the phone was super simple and the email follow up to get to know me was fun to fill out. They had my fav music playing during the fitting, so not only was I "playing dress up" in gorgeous gowns (seriously, they were ALL special and amazing in their own ways), but I was getting to sing along to Adele and it made the whole experience very relaxing and light. The boutique is a great size and I was able to feel like I was surrounded by a variety of gowns without being overwhelmed. The store is arranged by price points, so it made it easy to stay in my price range. I came in loving the Hayley Page gowns I'd seen online, but didn't have my heart set on anything in particular. Margaux let me, my sister, and my dad stroll around to grab out anything that we liked and then she used her expertise to bring in extras. She did an incredible job at guiding me through the process by keeping the focus on what dresses made me feel the most like myself. She encouraged me to try on styles that I never thought I'd go for, and it really felt like she was putting a great deal of thought into absorbing everything I was saying. I ended up purchasing the most gorgeous gown, belt, and veil - and I didn't once even think to look at the label. I'm in love! Their accessories are unique and sparkly and I wanted them all. I live in CA but was visiting my mother in Asheville and wanted to take advantage of our time together and do some dress shopping with her. I tried to make an appointment only a few days in advance and Margaux was able to fit me in! A few days prior to my appointment, I had gone to David's Bridal as my first stop for dress shopping just to get some ideas of what dress style I liked best, and I had actually found a dress there that I was going to consider, but the employee helping me was a little pushy and made it known that she wanted her commission. So we left and decided we weren't going to spend our money there. Given my first dress shopping experience was unpleasant, I was a little nervous about my appointment at Wildflower Bridal. To my surprise, Margaux was amazing from the very start and immediately put me at ease! She had some idea of what I was looking for since they send out a brief questionnaire when making your appointment, but she let my mom, my maid-of-honor and I pick out some dresses, then suggested a few herself. After we narrowed down my selection, she even let me Skype with my future mother and sisters-in-law, and my other bridesmaid, so they could help me make my final decision. It was really special to be able to include them in the decision and I'm so appreciative that Margaux let me do that despite the fact that it may have made things a little more hectic with four more people chiming in. I initially thought I didn't want a veil, but Margaux expertly paired one (and some jewelry) with the dress to help me make my decision, and we ended up getting them as well! I have nothing but great things to say about Wildflower. From the start Margaux was extremely communicative, detailed, and flexible (especially when it came to getting me in for my initial appointment.) I had to change my appointment date a few times and she worked with me to get me in as quickly as possible. I used 3 words to describe the look I was going for, and the dresses Margaux selected for me were all 100% spot on. I couldn't have dreamt up a more perfect selection. The atmosphere was relaxing, I didn't feel pressured, and most importantly Margaux coached me on HOW to pick my dress. I'm a very indecisive person to begin with, so of course I loved every dress I tried on and I eventually started to get overwhelmed with the thought of making a decision. Margaux continued to remind me that it was important to pick a dress that felt like "me" rather than "me playing dress up" and that advice went a long way. I was able to pick a clear winner with ease. I purchased my wedding dress at my initial appointment. I definitely wasn't expecting that!! I imagined having to go to countless boutiques to try on dozens of gowns, but due to Margaux's excellent skills and ability to clearly understand what I wanted for my big day, I found the dress of my dreams within the first hour! I inquired about setting up an appointment at Wildflower Bridal after a dear friend told me about her wonderful experience here many years ago. After filling out a brief questionnaire about my hopes and wishes for my wedding and learning more about my vibe, Margaux got straight to work curating a collection of dresses for me to try on for my appointment date. We arrived at the CUTEST little log cabin bridal shop and were greeted warmly by Margaux, who made me feel totally at ease. After a brief chat where we got to know one another, Margaux brought out each of the dresses so we could get a closer look at the details and mentally catalogue which dresses I was most excited about. Easier said than done, because she KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK with knowing exactly what I was looking for. There was a carefully curated selection that reflected everything we had discussed prior, and I just knew that I was leaving with my perfect dress. Margaux made the whole process fun, relaxed, and special. She was such a bright light and her energy was exactly the kind you want helping you make big decisions! I could've walked out of her shop with any of the dresses she curated and been all smiles, but I am happy to say that the final dress I tried on brought tears to my eyes and I SAID YES to being a Wildflower Bride! AMAZING. From the initial email, to the relaxing, personal, and FUN time trying on dress, to choosing the dress of my dreams, I cannot recommend Margaux and Wildflower Bridal enough! I have been to several other bridal stores, and none of them even compare to Wildflower. First of all, I was the only one in the store and that really helped me relax and not compare myself to other besides. I loved how Margaux truly listened to me and got to know me as a person, and curated dressed based on how I wanted to feel on my wedding day. The experience trying on was so organized and relaxing - Margaux really has thought of everything through her organized, relaxed process - she is a PRO and seamlessly guides you through the whole experience. she even has a fan you can turn on to stay cool (I've been SO warm at other fittings). I loved how Margaux let me try on as many dresses as I wanted until I had top choices (honestly I liked every dress I tried on - she has such a great selection - so picking a top 5 was difficult). She asked thoughtful questions about each dress and helped me form opinions of what I liked. Then, I got to try on my top 5s again in another part of the store while she took photos with earrings, veils, etc at every angle. This really helped me envision myself on my wedding day & understand how the dress looked from every angle. My fiance and I live in NYC and were planning our trip to Asheville to tour wedding venues. The night before we left I decided to check out the bridal boutique options in the Asheville area. I stumbled upon Wildflower Bridal and was excited to see that they carried a dress that I really loved by Haley Paige. So, I decided to schedule an appointment with my fiance, thinking I would try on the Haley Paige gown and call it a day. Little did I know what was in store! Trying on gowns with Margaux at Wildflower felt like I had a private bridal studio and consultant all to myself. Not only was her dress selection perfect for me (she is from NYC and does all her shopping in the city), but she never made me feel rushed or pressured. Margaux quickly got a feel for my style and quickly pulled dresses and accessories that were spot on. Soon the inevitable happened; I tried on a beautiful lace gown with a low open back and fell in love. We are doing a destination wedding and figured I would be able to pull off a basic department store dress with ease and budget. For the moment we connected I felt positive that I was in the right hands. I was able to schedule an appointment for dress shopping quickly and the location was in the beautiful outskirts of downtown Asheville. The cabin shop had a cozy charm and Margaux provided an experience that was well-prepped, fun, and hassle-free. After ~8 different styles of dresses, which were all aligned with the look I was going for, I returned to the very first dress I tried on and walked out "A Wildflower Bride". With Margaux's help and shared knowledge of bridal gowns I was able to purchase the dress that I didn't realize I had dreamed of. I had such an amazing experience at Wildflower with Margaux! I'm not a big shopper, and felt very overwhelmed when looking at dress options online. Making an appointment here was the best thing I could have done! Not only are there tons of absolutely beautiful gowns to choose from, but Margaux really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and excited. From taking the time to get to know you before you even come in for your appointment to having some of your favorite music playing while trying on gowns. She is so good at reading your body launguage to tell how much you're loving a certain style and guiding you seamlessly through the whole process so that it all feels way less stressful than I imagined it would! I was very unsure of what style I wanted to go with, but felt I was able to try on a great variety until I found the one. I also felt super comfortable going into the appointment because there was so much information given online that I really felt like I knew what to expect. The atmosphere in the shop is very boho and laid back, which I loved. To me, the fact that there are hardly any gowns over $3,000 was also great because that was right around my budget and I didn't have to be worried I would fall in love with something that I couldn't afford and leave disappointed. This is the place to shop in WNC! I booked this appointment last minute because somehow I had missed this dress shop in my searches. DONT MAKE THAT MISTAKE! The shop itself is beautiful - gorgeous, rustic decor, very charming. My family all came from out of town for the dress shopping occasion and we truly got a special experience in this store. I worked with Emmaleigh in our own private fitting room. Emmaleigh was everything I needed - she kept track of time to make sure I got through all my choices (1.5 hours goes by fast!), asked questions to help me navigate decisions. We all knew when I found the dress and although I was apprehensive, she told me that I truly "lit up" when I put my dress on. By comparison other stores are very hands off - they'll zip you up and lead you to the mirror. But Emmaleigh was part of the experience, so much so that I felt she was part of the family! When you're spending a pretty penny on a dress, you want to make sure you trust who is selling to you. These two ladies are professional, patient, and really know what they're doing. If I am to offer any criticism it would be that the sample dresses to try on were very small on me. I'm a size 8, and I couldn't come close to zipping some up, which made it very difficult to picture the gown. There's definitely no one size fits all dress, and some brides may not have an issue, but that was my experience. Something to be aware of! read more

Wildflower Bridal was the first place I knew I wanted to go when I was ready to try on dresses. I had passed by the store many times and started following them on Instagram when I got engaged. The dresses looked stunning, the space looked inviting, and knowing that it was a female-owned small business all contributed to my desire to make an appointment. I was asked to fill out a brief questionnaire beforehand which I found incredibly helpful for homing in on what kind of style I was interested in and, most importantly, how I wanted to feel in the dress. All the options Margaux selected for me were beautiful and I felt very taken care of and supported throughout the process. She listened to me and offered advice and answered questions when I needed, and I just had a lovely time there. I also appreciated the intimate setting so it was just my mom and I with no other appointments happening simultaneously. I really appreciated the focus and attention dedicated to my experience. I found the perfect dress that I feel is exactly right for me and that I feel gorgeous in! I had an awesome experience with Wildflower Bridal! It was my second dress shopping experience, and I was lucky enough to find "the one"! Before my appointment Margaux emailed me a questionnaire that asked questions about my wedding style / what I like to do in my everyday life/ and even what music I'm listening to. I love that they try and get to know their brides even before they step foot in the building. When I arrived, Margaux had already selected a handful of dresses she thought I'd like based on my answers. She really had my style down perfectly. She was so helpful in the decision making process, and had great methods to help me narrow it down to the top 2 or 3 dresses. When I finally had my top picks, she grabbed some accessories to match to get the whole "look." She happily helped my friends find the right lighting to take pictures and was willing to FaceTime with my mom and sister who weren't able to be there in person, so they could also get involved. I ended up with a dress that was so different than what I had in mind, but it is AMAZING and I can't wait to wear it on my big day! I was only able to bring 2 friends along, and wasn't offered drinks, but I think that is most likely a COVID thing. I had tried two different places before (there was nothing wrong), but I had a truly wonderful experience with Wildflower Bridal and Margaux. Scheduling was very flexible (I had to postpone my appointment), Margaux was very responsive, and she provided so much detail and answered any questions or concerns. The location was lovely. The bridal studio was so open, light, and inviting. You could see Margaux's personal touch everywhere. The selection of gowns, sizes, and prices were all so inclusive! After searching through endless dresses I stumbled upon a beautiful and new-this-season Essence of Australia dress that directed me to Wildflower Bridal when checking for local vendors. When I reached out to Margaux for an appointment and asked about the specific dress she was very quick in her responses, but also let me know that while they didn't currently have the dress, they could get it in for me for my appointment, and also set me up during a trunk show for another designer with similar style. They caught on incredibly fast to my style so when I got there with my mom the dressing room was already set up by Kylie and the EoA dress was the first one I tried on and while I knew it was 'the one', we tried on some more to round out and make sure. Kylie and Margaux made sure we all stayed on track and with what I wanted and was envisioning and quickly jumped into what we could to do alter the dress for me. Even after buying the dress they reached out and were quick and thorough in their response when I asked for more specifics of the alterations. Wildflower Bridal has become one of my favorite businesses, and I have yet to walk through the door! I live in the West and will be the happy mother of the groom at a November wedding in DC. I had been unable to find a suit in Utah I loved enough to wear to this very special event, but found just what I wanted online. Since no retailers close to my location carried this line, but knew I would be in Asheville in early September, I found Wildflower in a provider listing search and contacted them by email. What a blessing! Margaux answered my inquiry immediately with excellent information, size charts, and enlightening advice, and she has facilitated my order in every way possible. She even sent me photos of hems and seams so I could proceed with confidence. My experience with her customer service has been 5 stars! She has been engaging, supportive, and charming every step of the way, and I am looking forward to my trip to an Asheville wedding next month, and the opportuity to meet her and see her lovely shop. Let me start off by saying I had been to about 20 different bridal salons spanning from Alabama, North Carolina,South Carolina, Tennessee & Georgia With no luck at all , and my wedding 3 months out I was starting to think finding a dress on time was going to be impossible! I was doing some online research when I came across Wildflower Bridal I SWOONED over every dress they posted! I set up an appointment via email, and they responded very quickly! From the minute I walked in the beautiful salon I knew I was going to find my dream dress! they made me feel so comfortable , and even played my music preference! it was exactly the experience I was looking for the whole time!
