I wish I could put zero stars, but this is the only way we're allowed to document a review. I had an extremely unprofessional and hostile experience with Crystal, the office manager. I called to inquire about insurance coverage and was later told that I had "consented" to policy changes that I did not authorize. When I tried to calmly explain that I was seeking information only and did not give consent, Crystal became hostile, repeatedly interrupted me, and spoke over me while insisting on her version of events. She stated that my "consent" was verbal and based on internal notes, even after I explained that I keep my own notes and did not agree to any changes. She was dismissive, refused to acknowledge my concerns, and would not escalate the issue. She repeatedly told me that there was no one else who could help me and that if I wanted to complain, I should "call or email Cindy," the owner. Throughout the call, Crystal showed a complete lack of basic customer service professionalism. The situation escalated further when she used profanity toward me, specifically telling me "fuck you." This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management role. This experience left me feeling disrespected and concerned about how consent, documentation, and customer complaints are handled at this office. I would strongly caution others to document every interaction carefully. read more

Worst State Farm agent and office I've dealt with. They are incompetent and the manager made no apologies or took accountability for their many screw ups. When our office in Running Springs closed we were assigned to this one and it was one problem after another, too many to mention. I finally had enough and switched to another agent that knows what they're doing. read more

Bummer to be a State Farm agent in California. The staff works hard but it feels like I am being forced out by price increases in homeowners and car insurance. Unfortunately staying with my "good neighbor" isnt going to pay off. They won't be here by July according to CNBC business news. It's very important to keep a strong bottom line of profitability. I'm stupidly loyal and just took the price increases, but enough is enough. Our homeowners went from $4400 to $6500 this year and we are forced to retreat to $20-35k in deductibles to keep a homeowner and earthquake policy. Our home is only 2600sqft and very basic. Long story short. The staff here was not very helpful or informative. Dropped them for a better insurance with better customer service.

This is office is horrible. We have been State Farm customers for over 30 years. My father calls me to make a payment for him because the State Farm website is glitchy. My father was calling from Colombia he was on a cruise and the following day him and my mom were crossing the Panama Canal. So I called the State Farm office to make and a payment and Crystal accuses me of trying to "pretend" to be my father. Lady if the State Farm website worked i wouldn't even have to waste my precious time. My father comes back and he needs help with his policy. Crystal won't even talk to me because I am no longer with State Farm. I went to Geico and never looked back. She says she needs a "power of attorney letter" hahaha. Even with my father sitting right next to me. I'm a business owner i have friends in high places. I show up 30 minutes later with the "Power of Attorney" letter and she still had an attitude but had no choice but to talk to me about his policy. A year later after State Farm had a price increase we left. The only reason we came to this office is because our original State Farm agent of 25+ years from San Fernando, CA retired. " Crystal Torres Was So Honest And Helpful " Crystal Torres the manager at the State Farm Office in Beaumont, CA had one of the best professional, honest, and trust worthy answers to all of my questions today, as I called her at the Cindy Cabanas State Farm Insurance office in Beaumont, CA. I wanted to know why State Farm had raised my yearly Home Insurance policy rate by 60%. I understand that because of the Covid-19 situation, and all of the Fires that are destroying homes in California and other states, that everything has gone up. But I thought that was a lot of increase for my insurance. I could tell that Crystal's #1 priority was not $$$, like most people have. I believed by the information, and her personal caring attitude that she used throughout my phone conversation, that Crystal could be believed 100% by what she told me. Crystal never pushed me to buy any of the extra insurance products, and always gave me detailed information about all the insurance items I asked about, weather they were positive or negative. After my 2 days of Insurance investigation with other companies, I found out that all the companies insurance rates have gone up in price. And Even though State Farm's Insurance has gone up also, I'm going to stay with State Farm Insurance because their rates are still better than other insurance companies, and because of Crystal Torres helped me so well, I'm going to stay with the State Farm Insurance in Beaumont, CA. Worst experience I ever had. When I first signed up with them they seemed OK they were not super friendly. Several months down the road I bought a house and I needed homeowners insurance so I used them for that as well and earthquake insurance. It got to a point down the road where I wanted to rent the house it was a giant hassle getting all The paperwork lined up I had to repeat the process over and over because they did not know how to do their job. I worked with this girl named Eines. Finally I decided to go with another agent. I contacted them and they contacted Cindy to transfer it and their office fought it. I had to call the corporate office to get things moving. During the process I was trying to make payments and Cindy Cabanas office would not except the payment even though I had a policy through them. So the corporate office was able to get things moving and override what Cindy Cabanas office was doing. Then I got a strange phone call not from their office asking how their service was. I'm guessing it was one of their employees upset that I went through the corporate office and they may have got in trouble. I would be very careful using this agent they can be spiteful. read more
