Well browsing through their site I found a common Bermuda seed. It seemed to be the ONLY one that had a picture of a product label. It stated 98% percent seed , great I thought. I will order this and prepare my own soil. I get my order and it is not even 50% seed. I realize that I ordered a coated seed but they clearly show a product that is different. That's fraud to a customer that is not familiar with all the ins and outs of grass seed. I called and the gentleman I spoke to was useless. A stock generic picture he said. No it's really not. If it's not the product you are supplying then don't group them together. So now they want me to pay to return the product and pay a 20% restocking fee. It's personally not worth my time to do so and lose the money in the process. Do yourself a favor and buy from a local farm store. They get a lot of their products from the same suppliers that Hancock gets their seed from. Very disappointed. I thought I'd support this business instead of a big box store. They treated me even more poorly and their return policy is a joke.
