That being said, I was totally wowed when my Mom and I stopped in here to grab just a few vegetables. When I saw the cafe, I immediately asked her if she wanted to get a drink while we shop. I ordered a delicious unsweet iced tea (and I got a free refill on my way out!) and my Mom ordered the Honey Latte iced. The girl who took our order was sweet, happy to help, and got our drinks out quickly. I've been living in Buffalo, NY for the last 5 years, which is certainly more ethnically and politically diverse than Springfield, so I've become accustomed to finding certain brands and products at local grocery stores out East that stock specifically for the demographic. I had hoped but didn't place my happiness on being able to find those brands here, but sure enough, Mama Jean's had everything I was looking for and more! I'm so happy! Shipping problems aside, and not speaking of any other providers at the office that I've not worked with, Scott is a very helpful and knowledgeable professional. And not for nothing, he's just nice. He has that energy about him you like to see in young health care providers, given the difficulty of the industry these days. I actually had been a bit of a difficult case due to things outside of their control, at the delivery pharmacy they've since stopped using. Melissa, who works at the office was very prompt in attending to my case, relaying info to me and ultimately in helping get it sorted. As a Christian, I love that it's a faith based business, and that Dr. Clark offers to pray for you, and with you. He doesn't accept insurance, but his visit rates are very affordable. I also wish they had an answering machine you could leave a message on. We love having him as our family doctor, and will have him as such for as long as he is in practice.
