We paid for an hour service and he was done in 25 mins. we paid additional for teeth cleaning and that never happened. I'm so disappointed and will never go back there again. waste of money. they returned him in the same shape he was brought in. all they did was take our money and never told us about services they couldn't preform. never again.

Jacob is clearly comfortable and experienced with anxious dogs. Both guys showed us where to find towels, and scrubby brushes, they stepped in and helped us when needed yet also gave us space when they saw we were comfortable. This place has towels, leashes and collars and even smelly sprays at the end like a car wash! Overall it was such a great experience in customer service, and an amazing experience for our anxious 75 lb Bull dog. It was great exposure for him with new sounds and new people.
