Jacob is clearly comfortable and experienced with anxious dogs. Both guys showed us where to find towels, and scrubby brushes, they stepped in and helped us when needed yet also gave us space when they saw we were comfortable. This place has towels, leashes and collars and even smelly sprays at the end like a car wash!
