I confirmed the first appointment day and time TWICE with the owner, Sandra, and was assured the cleaners would arrive at 8:30 AM to do a deep clean before the 3 PM check-in. When the cleaners were not at the house by 9:30 AM, I started to worry. By 12:30 PM and after sending multiple emails and calling throughout the morning, we assumed they were blowing us of and cancelled our plans so we could do the cleaning ourselves. Two individuals from the company finally arrived... over 4 hours late. Since we were short on time, we had them join our cleaning efforts. They did a sub-par cleaning, absolutely not what I would consider a "deep clean" which is what we were charged for. The refrigerator was left untouched and we had to scramble to scrub the bathroom tub and other areas because they didn't have time to do more than a light cleaning. Even more disappointing, the owner never returned our calls to discuss the situation so they lost our business which is running at 2+ turnovers per week.
